I have been using mama money since 12 months and I must say I am impressed with the efficiency and fast response time .
Absolute Sham of a business. THEY HAVE MOVED FROM MIDRAND and the address mentioned on their website is **** . Please save the stress and stay away from this company. I ordered some bricks on 25 June. First they accepted order saying all is in stock. later sent wrong bricks which i refused to acecept as it will be a mismatch for my project. Now they are saying the bricks i ordered are not in stock and they are making the bricks . Since They are not able to confirm when they can deliver the correct bricks, I decided to cancel the order. I have been chasing them for a Refund now. No response on email or phone. The lady on the phone just says manager is out of office , Owner is out of country. I even went to the Pretoria address mentioned on the website. There is an old Home on that address. No signs of Clayville bricks.

WORST IPTV. STAY MILES AWAY. Very Bad service. Thank God this guy could only LOOT 30 Rands from me. The Guy cancelled just after 1 day even when i paid for his 7 days Trial just because I asked for Assistance with one of the CHANNELS and apparently it was TOO MUCH FOR HIM. HA HA. Not 1 channel You can watch . If you Give BAD Review here, the GUY will come running with his RACE VICTIM CARD. WHAT a ****ster !!
What a pathetic courier service. FNB gave them a courier to deliver to me. I get a SMS that will it's out for delivery today 29 march 9 to 5 pm. Whole day I have been waiting and now end of the day the lazy drivers just update the status that the client is not reachable.What a SHAM . I work for FNB and will definately escalate this and make some noise .FNB doesnt need an incompetent and unprofessional vendor like RAM to deliver their stuff.
Date - 27/11/2019. Time - 4:30pm, Woodmead branch Shoe section My wife was looking for shoes and few shoes accidentally fell on the floor. Stephina very rudely bullied my wife and 2 small kids and ordered them to pick it up. Is this the Customer Service one expects from Makro. When I objected she tells me that go and speak to her manager Christina which I did.Yet no action.first train your staff with basic customer service etiquette. My 4 year old son and 10 year old daughter were petrified by Stephinas behavior as she was shouting at my wife. Such a disgraceful behaviour by an estemmed company staff like Makro. Not expected.
I was there at Supaquik Witkoppen for replacing Brake Pads for my Kia Cerato. I was told by Mr Paul that it will be R1700 with all parts and labour, When i asked for a discount I was told he can make it R1500 and I was specifically told that FERODO brake pads will be put. However When i bring the car back home, I realize that LMB Brake pads were put. This was never informed to me. For LMB Brake pads I already got a cheaper quote from Tyres and More. However I wanted to put only FERODO / ATE Brake pads for my car. I feel cheated and dejected by this service. Please take note. When i called the store I am being informed that Just because I wanted a Discount they put LMB Brake pads( without informing me). This is unfair.
Ordered a Fresh Cream Vanilla for 10pax on 17th October.Collected it today 19th October.They gave me stale and old cake. Will never order cake again from Fournos. You lost a Customer.
Scammed by Execuspecs Bryanston. The offer "Kids right to Good Sight" on their page is a farce as they do not acknowledge it. When asked I was told, they only do it for 4 kids a month and Though I booked online for a Test seeing the Offer. They still charged me R550 for the Eye Test for my 10 year old daughter. They sent me quote for a very expensive frames and glasses which i refused and went to Specsavers with the Prescription which happily obliged the "Kids Right to Good Sight Offer" and they want to test her eye for free and even offered discounted Pairs of Glasses. Stay away from EXECUSPECS BRYANSTON Also the ladies at the reception are too Rude.Their behavipur changed as soon as they realize we are not ordering specs from them. However the Optometrist Ms Lise Homan is very nice and friendly.

Kindly sort this out ASAP as I expect quality material and service from Rochester.I have already forwarded pics to the branch on 9th Aug morning.</p> <p>I spoke to the salesperson at the branch..they say that they have logged with the Call centre and it will take 7- 10 days before they can collect the defective units and take it for replacement which will take another 4 weeks..
