I'm very disappointed with the unlimited I registered my claim on the 17/10 /2025. I submitted all the documents. Was given a call on 04/11/2025. That nothing was outstanding n was going to insurer. I need to call all the time I need a feedback. N iam given same story it's with the auditors. That unacceptable for 9 90over a month submitted n the auditor not doing his job. I need to pay for bloods n all. The unlimited needs to sort their staff. Tired off calling with no outcome. UNLIMITED URL GOING TO LOOSE CLIENTS IF URL DON'T GET URLS ACT TOGETHER N WORK WITH UR CLAIMS FAST N EFFICIENT. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME N SORT MY CLAIM OUT.

I app**** for my two pot withdrawal on 03/12/2024. I was given documents that needed to be filled and also the amounts that was available. That was done. I was told it needs to go to sars for tax directive. I was good with all. It's been a month and my application hasn't been sent to sars for tax directive why? I check with sars all the time. Sanlam puts on their brochure n procedures n time frame n what has to b done before getting paid on the outcome of application it takes up to 10 working days. Also it says 2-5days to get tax directive. So my point is when would I be getting paid cos what ur brochure explains is not the same. We don't live in stone ages where u write something on pages n post manually to get feedback. Every thing can get done quick online. Other companies have also alot of clients n they did their two pot withdrawal n was paid out 10 days. Sanlam is not the only company in this country that is doing the two pot withdrawal that there is high volume. This is not acceptable in this day in age. When u phone for updates u r put on hold for long over an hour then ur call gets cut. It's always this lady says we have a high call volume, then employ more staff. We r not asking for sanlam money but ours, if u miss 1 premium u will b getting a call so quick n they will even debit ur acc same day or next they won't wait till end of the month. Sanlam I want url to do url work as url advertise on urls brochure. We needed the money for Christmas, Christmas came gone now we need for the children that will b going to school we're r we going to get money for stuff for school while our money sits in sanlam acc. Sanlam url need to employ ppl who want to help ppl who can do their job whole hearted not to get paid a salary n just sit n do nothing. NOT ALL STAFF WILL GO AN EXTRA MILE TO HELP U. Sanlam do url job send my application for tax directive it can be done online anytime 24-7. I would like a feedback ASAP.
I was hospitalized n I submitted my claim 2024/06/26. On 2024/06/27 I got a call from Mr Mohale Malematja to explain he would be handling the claim n will be in touch soon. It's been almost 2 weeks I didn't get any feedback. I called yesterday there was no answer just leave contact details which was done. An email was also sent asking for a feedback also no feedback on that. Today I tried calling him stil getting a voice recording to leave contact details for him to call. It's not the first time he is dragging his leg on one of my claims that unprofessional. I overlooked that then there he was rude to my wife wen calling me. When I submit any documents I always put two cell no as contact details n the email address n I always ask them if he can't get hold of me he will always get hold of my wife n she would b able to help him n she can also do queries. There was few times he called from a cell n asked to speak to me my wife told him she will take a message but he refuses to give details. I would like a feedback on my claim ASAP but not from Mohale but from someone who shows more enthusiasm to his or her work. I'V delt with Delene before n no problem. Pls change him from working with standard bank hospital cash back policy by liberty.
I was hospitalized and I want to claim from my hospital cashback insurance. I went online n did it on the 19/06 cos I couldn't get threw on telephone. I waited no reply so I did another online 28/06 threw my app still no feedback then I sent an email with all documents on 01/07/24 then I got an automated reply Sametime to state fnb has recieved the email n would get back to me. Yesterday I recieved a message in the evening to say fnb tried contacting me but I was not available, my but my phone didn't ring at all n this was after 5pm. I always give 2 cell no and an email as contact details. This is utter lies no one contacted me. Now I'm on this call for over 15 min I'm waiting for an consultant to answer. I even did the chat n I recieved a chat to hold they was getting my information I was waiting for over 5 min no reply. How long does it take to get details on a computer or the have to go to a room looking for paper files. I'm very disappointed. Regret having to claim.
There was a special for jameson whiskey 750ml buy 2 for 700 n get the 3rd free.it was only online for 16 June 2024 on the app. I did my purchase at 7.30am my payment went threw n I was also charged a reservation fee. I went to the center shopping so I dropped by n I saw alot of ppl arguments with workers at spar about the special. The manager of tops was off no manager there n also the manager at spar was not there to assist. So no managers. Wen I asked about my order I was told I put my order for the 17th that's y my payment went threw. Wen I did my online purchase there was no date of the 16th n the store was closed for the 16th. So y my payment went threw. I went on Facebook to see comments on their page n ppl at 12.10am tried doing purchase but was also giving them date 17th. I decided to try another special that was bells I went online did my order but there was still no date for 16th also there was no reservation fee. I tried many different drinks different transactions but all dates on 17th. I called customer care on the 17th morning with my order no n explained my problem n I'm not happy. They told they will get back to me 3to 4 working days. I called today for any feedback they told they can't give me any feedback it's not 3days.in the afternoon I recieved an email stating my order was canceled that's all. So later I wanted to purchase something online I went in my banking app n saw that the money for the drink was deposited back. That is unacceptable cos I was not told anything about receiving my money back or given any reason. They can't have specials wen they have no idea wat is going on. I would like to have the special that I purchased online the jameson buy 2 for 700 n get the 3rd free. They held onto my money with reservation fee now we just get ignored for bringing this to customer care. Also spar deleted comments on their Facebook page regarding the Jameson purchase.
This company needs to be banned from credit bureau. Wen I went on my credit score I saw this company on my report that I'm in arrears. It shows that an account was opened in 2019 after 2 months white dots then goes in arrears. I have no idea who they are. Tried contacting them they want personal details. This month I see the account removed then same time added again as new acc. I put a dispute but I was told to contact the company it's a collection attorney. Tried to contact them they want personal details. Anyone has any idea who to complain put in a grievance against this company. We can't let them b God n play with our credit rating. If we need to purchase a house how do we go about that. If we can't get a bond because of a company like this interference with our credit we don't only suffer the economy of this country also suffer there's no interest for banks so the country gets nothing. So the government needs to interfere.
I'm another happy client with The Unlimited. I submitted my claim last week 17/05/2023. On the 23/05/2023 I got an email that my claim was successful n money would b deposit in my bank acc on 2-3days. The money was available this morning. I always stayed informed when the claim went to the next step I didn't have to call for updates. All thanks to Mbali Mthethwa. Mbali u deserve an award for been so effetion.
I thank Sangita Nagin. She was a very pleasant person to be handling my claim she always kept me updated on every step. My claim was assessed n approved in a week after all documents sent. That's what u call an outstanding examiner. I have dealt with other claims with aig before but never had my policy assessed and approved in a week. Aig url have a gem don't let her go unnoticed for job she is doing n giving Aig a reputable insurance company a good name. Thanks again Sangita Nagin.
I would like to thank Mbali.Mthethwa for helping me with my claim. When I submitted my claim I was having a problem with not getting any feedbacks, but the whole situation changed after I complained n my claim was assigned to Mbali. My claim was sorted out n paid out within a week. I also had to put another claim n she took me threw the process quick of wat was needed wen she recieved wat she asked for my claim was a breeze I didn't need to contact her, she always sent me emails keeping me upto date. Now that's what u call a good agent and THE UNLIMITED must be lucky to have her working for theme. I won't deal with anyone else if a claim needs to be done. She's a star.
