First time user of the Discovery Insure product. The call centre staff was helpful with sorting out the callout. The problem was that my wife had a Covid-19 Staff Group Session at Victoria Hospital at 11:00 and could not wait. She cancelled the call when the staff from Kirstenbosch. Only problem I see is that there was no known way other than looking up the call centre number for my wife to call in the emergency. The car is fitted with the Discovery Insure Device and my wife had the Discovery Insure App on the phone but she was unable to locate the number easily through the App. If the service is there, I need to find it so in future I do not have the same problem

First National Bank is purported to have deposited R920 into the First National Bank Cheque Account ********** 6345 of Plumtree Lodge Body Corporate. This account is managed by Annette Laing Properties.

When the mistake was pointed out to First National Bank they redirected the funds to my account on 30 May 2015. Marlow Botman of First National Bank, Kenilworth Centre was involved with this matter.

on 24 June 2015 Pat Glover of Annette Laing Properties, reported that R920 was illegally withdrawn from their account in my name and placed into my FNB Savings account

In good faith, I refunded the amount into their bank account once the issue was raised. This was done with a view that they would check up and refund me later They would need to investigate and resolve the matter regarding this with their business account manager. The issue revolved around the deposit and withdrawal by the bank from their account.

I have tried to get the money refundeedd but Annettee Laing Properties are not interested.

Regards,

Alex Grant
