I want to cancel the contract I have, no one has gotten back to me regarding the complaint I logged. I have been waiting for feedback since the 16 Nov 2017, I have called the cancellations department and the call is transferred to retentions dept several times, but I end up listening to that horrible song because they not answering their phones. I am sick and tired of MTN, I want nothing more than to cancel this contract and be rid of it.
I wrote a review on the 14/11/2017 complaining about my MTN contract. I was then asked to send a copy of the contract for investigation, however have not received any communication from MTN since then. I've sent an email to Willem Jnr Loots requesting feedback on my complaint, he never bothered to even respond to the email I sent. So it's not enough that y'all are ripping us off, you don't give a damn about customer service. Well, I want the contract terminated and I will not pay for the early termination fees since ur poor service and breach of contract is the reason for my cancellation.
Last year, I received a call from a company calling on behalf of MTN offering to renew my contract as it was due to end in December 2016. The offer was for me to pay R99/m and I would get 2GB anytime data and 4GB Night express, in total, it would be 6GB on a monthly basis. This was a sim only deal and I was advised that I could contact MTN anytime if I wanted to increase my usage limit. All was well until August 2017 when I noticed that I only receive 2GB anytime data and 2GB night express, now I wonder for how long MTN has been ripping me off since I only noticed this in August. I thought I might have been mistaken and that maybe I was supposed to get 4GB monthly and not the 6GB I initially thought I was entitled to. So I went through my contract, lo and behold, it stipulates that I will get 4GB night express and 2GB anytime data for 24, in total its 6GB as per the conversation I had with d sales consultant last year. I spoke to Vanessa Mthombeni to query this today, she decided to put me on hold for 10 minutes and eventually when she did come back she offered no assistance, instead told me to call the company that contacted me for the deal since it was not an MTN employee that called but a consultant from a company CONTRACTED BY MTN or my query will never be resolved. Now why should I waste my TIME and AIRTIME trying to call a company acting on behalf of MTN? Beats me. MTN is in contravention of our contract, I want my data and an explanation of what is happening or you can terminate this contract. Telkom has a better deal anyway.

I am very disappointed with the service we received from Corobrik in Olifantsfontein. We bought bricks on the 2nd of May and were told that delivery would be the next day on the 03rd, unfortunately they were only delivered yesterday and when the delivery guy arrived, he said the delivery fee is R540. Firstly, the guy who was assisting us with the purchase promised we would get a phone call confirming the delivery and the fee, no1 called and yesterday the delivery arrived and found my mother at home, we had no agreement yet they demanded charged R540 from my mother. It really is a shock that ur conditions of sale state the delivery fee is agreed upon by the purchaser and corobrik. Secondly, why does it cost so much to deliver from Olifantsfontein to Ivory Park? Ivory park is like 15 min away from Olifantsfontein. Corobrik is not transparent with its customers, this is the reason we weren't told the price upfront.. We would hv arranged our own transport at Half the ridiculous amount charged for delivery, they dont even answer their phones. I will never make use of ur services again.

I placed an order and paid on the 3rd of May, I expected my goods to be delivered on the 18th of May (as per estimated delivery time). I screamed of joy when I arrived home from work to find that my goods were delivered this afternoon. Wow guys, keep up tge excellent work. Thanksalot :)

Today I went to Studio 88 at the Boulders Mall in Midrand and I must say, the service was overwhelmingly exceptional- from the guy at the parcel counter to the cashier. I wanted to purchase a pair of sneakers amd a backpack, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Thulani, he was patient and willing to assist, one of the staff( I didnt get his name tho ) even helped me fit the shoes, gosh i felt soooo important. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. I will definitely be coming back. This was the best service I've ever recieved, Thanks a lot

Late last year i was approached by an Ackermans store representative while shopping,. She told me that Ackermans had a family protector plan underwritten by Hollard and asked if i would be interested to know more about it, I agreed and she took down my contact details and name and promised that some1 would call me back, and that if i was interested, i would then sign up for the policy and have the premium charged on my monthly installment since i am a card holder. No 1 contacted me, but i was shocked to learn that there has been a deduction for the plan on my Acc since October, I never authorized that. I fail to understand how u can even deduct the premium yet i dnt hv a policy number, no documents and dnt even know what i am covered for. This is insane, i called Ackermans and the agents aren't helpful at all, they told me i had to contact Hollard and gave me a number that doesn't work. When i eventually got hold of Hollard, no one had any idea what i was talkin about and kept transferring me from one dept to d next, they could not find any match for my ID no. on their systems and told me i had to contact Ackermans again. I want this policy or whatever it is cancelled and ALL of d premiums since Oct refunded back into my acc, u had no right to action that policy without confirmin with me. When i googled the plan it apparently covers myself, children and spouse and they will benefit if i die n vice verse. I have no children nor do i have a spouse. So exactly who will benefit in d event of my death? I hv never had a problem with Ackermans, do not provoke me. Please.

Firstly, I would like to compliment Raymond Meso on his excellent service. Though my query wasn't resolved, he was very kind and willing to assist me. Secondly, I am not happy with the overall service provided by Telkom, I have been calling requesting that my contract be cancelled, but no one is able to assist. My contract with Telkom expired on the 20th of August, I was expecting that it be terminated after the final payment. Now what I fail to understand is why I have to complete cancellation forms when the 24 months is over, I don't have a telkom store near me and I don't want to fill in the form, its an inconvenience to me as that means I have to go to the Internet cafe to print out the form, fill it, scan it, then send it. I don't have the time and money for that. I want the contract cancelled and a paid up letter sent to me, I have been complaining on ur Facebook page and each time get empty promises that my query will be resolved

Capitec has fully functional ATM machines almost every where but Ivory Park, the only machine at d Kopanong Shopping Center. The machine at Kopanong Shopping Center inside Pick n Pay always shows 'balance only' and 90% of the time never allows withdrawal. This is an inconvenience as it forces us to deal with the cashiers at Pick n pay with stinking attitudes who only allow withdrawals on a time table, one minute u can withdraw, next minute withdrawals are not allowed, at times u are told to spend at least R10+ in order to withdraw. At times we resort to using other bank's ATMS and not only are they costly, they aren't safe. Ppl always complain about the ATMS swallowing their cards and money vanishing. We have no choice but to take that risk knowing very well that if our monies disappear, Capitec will tell u that u compromised ur card yet they leave us with NO CHOICE. I am not happy, plus I still have an unresolved problem with my mobile banking app, u guys have been investigating since early this year. I am forced to use public WiFi in order to access my app, that on its own isn't safe and I am at risk of being scammed. Help
