You guys are champions, we really appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. This is also why we will never stop collections and donating to you guys, because you really care. You are one amazing team. We are eternally greatful for you Kind and loving care yesterday. We will see you soon with our collection and donation. You are absolutely amazing.
I have been purchasing all my shoes from them, for almost a year now. I have only received excellent service. They are always there, willing and ready to assist. Weather it be via Telecom, e-mail, WhatsApp, it does not matter. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent service that I have always received from them. They are super friendly. Their deliveries are quick an extremely cost effective. When I ordered a small fit, of my normal size, it took one e-mail and they called me right back. The e change was collected and the bigger size is already on its way. The quality of the shoes are absolutely amazing. I look forward, to a long relationship with this amazing Company. I can recommend them, with the greatest of pleasure and peace of mind, to anyone wondering. You will not be disappointed.
I am extremely upset with Multichoice, DSTV! I was a cash customer, with no contract as I don't want a contract. I use to pay on the DSTV Stream APP, direct payment with my debit card. I stopped the service end of February 2024. It is extremely expensive, for repeats and it really is not worth it. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and Showmax. However, my parents live with myself and my son, I take care of them and my son, on my own. They do not have pension funds. I was considering reconnecting the service, for my parents sake. My mom is Afrikaans. She enjoys Kyknet and my dad is English, and enjoys all the sport he can watch. I have always been a premier subscriber. When I went into the app, to see what the subscription would be to reconnect, it shows an amount outstanding for R750.00 odd. This is excluding the subscription. This is absolutely rediculous! I have not been subscribed since end February 2024, my subscription was always up to date. I even cancelled my insurance, directly with the company that does it. I called in to find out what this amount was for. The lady advised me, it is for insurance and namola. I cancelled the Insurance. I have been calling since last year to cancel this Namola, they transfer me and the call rings and then just drops. You guys are in no position to charge the huge fees that you do, as you are, as per many news articles, in big financial trouble. Why am I supposed to pay, for something that I did not use at all and I did my part in canceling. Never could get through to Namola. The lady once again advised me they do not have a direct line and they do not take calls. I must install the app and cancel it there. After calling three to four times per month, to cancel this Namola and getting no joy, now she told me I must install the app and cancel it there. Why was I never told. Wasted my time, my money to call and never got through to them, until today this lady told me, I must install the app. I am beyond upset about this. I will not pay for something that I never used. I never authorized you to deduct any money's whatsoever or add any money's to my account. Now i am considering reconnecting, on premium. But I have to pay R2250.00 for the R750.00 put onto my account, without my permission or usage! Plus the pro rata amount which is a further R460.00! Plus the subscription of R1100.00. If this is the way you treat your customers, I suggest everyone should cancel and stream on the other platforms that I have. You guys are in no position, to demand money that was never communicated or approved by me. I want this money off my account, or you can keep your subscription. I await urgent feedback!!!!!!!
THIS IS THE 5TH TIME THAT I AM REQUESTING THIS DEBIT CHECK TO BE CANCELLED AND I BE PUT ON A PAY OK INVOICE BASIS!!!! I WAS ADVISED THREE TIMES VIA TELEPHONE, THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE, BUT CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DONE!!!! I INSTRUCTED MY BANK TO STOP ALL YOUR DEBIT CHECKS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THEY HAVE DONE THIS. HOWEVER, YOU TRIED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT TWICE ON FRIDAY THE 1ST AND ONCE TODAY THE 2ND!!!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU GUYS AND YOUR DEBIT CHECKS!!!!! IN ACTUAL FACT, I AM SICK OF CAR TRACK IN GENERAL!!!! YOUR BILLING SYSTEM IS REDICULOUS!!!! WHY DO YOU USE DEBIT CHECKS.AND NOT A NORMAL DEBIT ORDER, LIKE ALL YOUR COMPETITORS???? I HAVE ANOTHER CAR WITH NETSTAR AND THEY USE A NORMAL DEBIT ORDER!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, WHY HAVE I ONLY HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOU? She also rep**** to my previous complaints. She does not read the full e-mail, just the top part and replies the same thing as before and not even what I complained about or asked for. NATASHA, COULD YOU PLEASE READ MY MAIL AGAIN! PLEASE READ THE FULL MAIL, READ TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT JUST TO REPLY! I MADE AN OFFER TO PAY FOR THE STUPID CARD, THAT IS NOT MINE, ALSO FOR FNB TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT RECORD AND PROFILE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! AS THIS CARD WAS ALREADY PUT ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR 5 YEARS IN 2011 AND TAKEN OFF AFTER 5 YEARS, AS PER THE CREDIT LAW. THEN THE SAME CARD WAS PUT BACK ON MY CREDIT PEOFILE AGAIN IN 2019, WHICH IS ******* AND IS CALLED DOUBLE JEAPRODY, WE ARE NOW IN YEAR 6. NATASHA, READ TO UNDERSTAND, DON'T READ TO REPLY! FNB is the worst bank in the world. Guaranteed. I have been ****** in 2010, my bag cut off my shoulder, with my ID, my bank card, my phone, which at the time was a Blackberry, it was not locked, as the ******* could access it, made calls on it, my bag also had my Minicioal bill inside, so they had all my info. They opened from what I knew at the time, 3 accounts, which were investigated and proven to be ***** and removed from my credit profile. Then I opened an FNB Transactional account in 2019, and the first 2 months FNB debited my account R1900.00 + . When I called to find out what this was for, they said my Discovery Credit Card. Which is not mine. Malcolm Plaatjies, in the ***** department, called me in October 2023 and I told him it is not my card, I did not open it. He said I must make a payment arrangement. I said fine, just to get it off my name, I will pay R20 000.00 max, in installments,.until it is paid off. The legal collections company, still never got back to me, till Today. Then the account was handed Ober to another collections company, I had to go through eh entire process again. Malcolm said to me on Monday, the ***** department investigated it and it was not ***** as it was out of character for a *****ster, to use it in the area where I live, which happens to be the same area where I was ******. He also gave me my cellphone number,.which was ****** with my bag, and my number was changed after the mugging,.so it was my number, but changed a week after my bag with my life in got ******. He said that number shows on credit bureau, yes it would have 13 years ago. He told me I must call.rhis new collections company and make a payment arrangement or settle. I am furious. I can't say I am surprised. FNB employees think they are above the law. They also logged this card, since last year October the balance was R21600.00, now they put the outstanding balance on my credit report as R47 900.00 and my installment also R47 900.00. This is against the law. Second time the same card was listed by them for over 5 years, in 2012, Transunion told me it was listed for 5 years and then removed, as 5 years is the maximum time it is allowed to be reflecting. Now in 2019, they put it back on, and again this is five years again now. Also *******. The collections company has offered me 50% discount and I again said, I will pay maximum R20 000.00 in installments, until it is paid off, only if they remove it from my credit report completely, as I have already been punished for this card, for 5 years before,.it is ******* to.list the same card twice for 5 years. Guess what,.I have not heard back from Malcolm Plaaitjies.or.the Legal.Collectioms guy, Marcus. Not a word. I am going to claim loss of income from FNB. I am a Technical Sales Representative and my job is on the road. My cars engine blew on the 24th of December 2023. It is going to cost me over R30 000.00 to have this fixed more like R40 000.00. I app**** foe a new car, as I get a Car allowance, I was approved, but this card is the only thing stopping me from getting a new car. If I cannot go see clients, therefor I cannot earn money as they are blocking me with this card, which is *******!!!! I expect Malcolm and Marcus's bosses boss to contact me Tomorrow, or we are challenging FNB in court! I am done trying to sort this out, I am offering to pay money that I never even app**** for or knew about, until I opened an FNB account. I closed that account after two months, needless to say. I hate FNB! I want answers tomorrow or wr are going to court.and I will claim loss of income,.as they are blocking me from getting a new car. I am done with Malcolm who thinks he is above the law and Marcus, who does not even answer his e-mails!.I demand answers no later than tomorrow!!!!!!!

I had a Discovery Credit Card 2011 to 2013. I paid up this card, to Discovery end of 2013, beginning 2014, to the amount of R22 989.00 in full and final settlement. I then opened an FNB account in late 2018, beginning 2019. All of a sudden, that same Discovery Card, which was underwritten by FNB, got added to my FNB APP! ONLY THEN IT STATED I OWE R49 989.00. HOW? I PAID THIS CARD OFF! TRYING TO CALL THEN AND REASON WITH THEN WAS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY DON'T CARE. THE WORST IS, THE PUT IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT, AS OWING R49 898.00 BUT ALSO MY INSTALLMENT IS R49 989 00! THIS IS *******, THIS IS BLOCKING MY AFFORDABILITY! IT IS *******! I AM TAKING THIS TO THE CREDIT OMNITSMAN! I HAVE SENT E-MAILS, CALLED IN, HELD ON FOR HOURS, NEVER GOT THROUGH TO ANYONE. A LADY FROM FNB SENT ME AN E-MAIL, SAYING THAT SHE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO HANDLE MY QUERY, WITH A REGERENCE NUMBER OVER A MONTH AGO. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER. I EVEN SENT HER E-MAILS. NO REPLY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW!!! I AM NOW CONTACTING THE CREDIT OMBUDSMAN!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FNB!!!
Wors, online ordering, most pathetic, non existant service ever received in my life. Firstly to actually order anything online is ridiculous, it takes forever to find the products you want, and I selected a few promo deals. After over an hour wasted online, I finally went to my cart, checked that all was there, went to check out, paid, immediately, as it works. Received an e-mail my order is being packed. Then I received an e-mail from the Meadowdale branch, saying one of my promos, which concists of 4 items, of any selection, two on the items were not in stock, and I would be refunded. Without calling me to change the items to a different variant, I was now paying per item and not the promo price. I called into Customer Call Centre, and spoke to a lady, she assured me that is no problem, she is sending the store an e-mail to change the varient, I should not worry. Five minutes later I received another e-mail that my order was out for delivery, incomplete.and again I would be refunded. Still no call. I called the store, only to be told, sorry at the time of packing, they had no stock, and I will be refunded. When I checked on their online system, after that call they had stock of the variants I wanted. So Makro will never see me again, I am going to the Ombudsman, and my Advocate is taking steps against them. Pathetic, never ever have I dealt with such a bunch of incompetent, non caring people in my life. Very very disgusted indeed.
Worst Medical Aid Ever!!!!! I have been a member of Dicovery health for 36 years, now that my company does not have medical aid, I applied to pay the full contribution from my own pocket. After doing the application, I received a mail, stating that I they can't help me, as there is an outstanding amount on my previous membership, which was through my previous Company!!!! We in that case, I want to warn the entire South Africa, rather find another Medical aid, as Discovery Health, could not care less about anyone, or their health, they are super expensive, and I was willing to pay the full rediculous amount out of my own pocket, however they don't care if you lie or die. All they care about is money!!! EVERYONE PLEASE JOIN ANOTHER MEDCAL AID. DISCOVERY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT ANYONE!!!!
