Customer service well below zero. From Managers to floor. It's just not possible to get any response from anyone.
Waiting.....since 7th March for a response. Now again calling and I'm 58th on line..... They will call back. I have been trying to reduce my credit limit with standard bank. Always a personal banker who does nothing. But will call n promise the world. I emailed H Rangila on 7th of March to get me credit card reduced. Normal response Your query for limit decrease was referred to our Private Client Centre yesterday, they will contact you to assist. This was 7th of March. 2025.again I tried yesterday. Stil waiting. The Team must be extremely busy that after 48 ours and almost 9 months they can't respond . Please can someone advice me how to reduce my credit limit. And to just not depend on my wonderful private banker.
Their service was wonderful. Constant updates . explaining why there were certain delays .Maggie was on the ball. Calling updating. When we came in. They were patient . Didn't get upset with my queries and questions . Johnathan and Wayne helped me on the floor. Made me feel important even though I was worried they would think I'm petty with my 100 questions. I would always recommend this company for ur work .
hoonads carpentry is absolutely neat and has an excellent finish. I would recommend them anytime. the deliver timeously and offer services like build in cupboards. kitchen cupboards etc at affordable prices. their granite and quatz is amazing
i used payflex to buy a product online. I unwittidly thought since they a financial provider the companies are checked. I now discovered the company i bought from happyharvest.co.za is a closed down **** company. payflex took the money under the name Rueda wine consulting. I cant get through on their call line for payflex so they can somehow stop this payment. I am frustrated that I used payflex because their always saying it's safe. but it's absolutely not safe. they are linked to **** companies or companies that are closed down but still taking payments and not suppling.

frustrated i keep booking a large and they keep giving me a code for a medium i am using their boxes so my box is not the srong size now instead of doing a drop of i spend 1 hour trying to gets hold of them or wait for a call back which never happens. can they do same thing twice
i registered in jan 1st payment was in Feb they said we can get a personal trainer for 1 day. i unfortunately booked Ashveer mahraj. it was 14 feb and he rudely gave me 3 min of his time. put me on thread mill for about 5 min. then said o sorry im to busy to help. but he booked an hour with me. then i was suppose to get 2 free months but they debited my account either way. when i went it to ask, they said o sorry their system is not right so it wont go of next month. but it did, so my sanlam debit order went back. when it was our fasting month, i froze the account. i asked them if i freeze it will it be considered my fres month, i was told know by the desk at Atrium. but now i called in and i was told, sorry that was your free month. so i lost that month. i am frustrated with them and so angry. bad service. bad accounts control. so i decided let me cancle so the frustration can just be removed. now i must pay in R3000 to do that. but they took over R1000 from me for nothing. i am so frustrated with their system
Vodacom has no intention of solving my problem or refunding me what is due to me. I have been having endless problems with them from Sep 2022. I had written before on hello peter, and Vodacom said they will resolve it. I’m still waiting. 0664933328 and 0665178192 These are only a few of the call logs that I do have. They have over charged me, then refused to refund me, saying I used the data. But I was already on the contract of 10 gigs, I was suppose to get that 10 gigs, they gave me nothing more. They stole all my previous data on both sims, each with well 10 gigs, they never replaced it. I was paying R199, they charged me over R400. Again 2 sim cards. 2 same problems. Then they show on my invoices I received 2 devices, I never did, but I have been billed for it. They have called me so many times I have now over 20 hours log in hours with them. I have so many ref numbers with them for the same issue, according to me the owe mw well over R1000, they claim I used data for it. But again, they gave me 10 gig my old contract was 10 gigs. The claimed on my invoice I received some handsets, but I did not, they have no delivery record of it, but they billed me for it. I am lost and do not know what to do. After putting on hello peter, they will v]call me again and I would have to reexplain everything, they= way I have to 10 previous people. All logged. So they cant go back on their system and read, they waste my time and I must reexplain. I would like to know if there is any legal action I can take, if anyone can help.
