Exceptional service received from Vivion at Tommy Martin Isuzu, Honeydew. The reception ladies were also friendly and courteous. Will definitely utilize their services again.
Really bad service, they done repairs in less than 20 minutes, they didn’t show us what the problem was or proof that they actually replaced anything but want to charge me R1850 over and above the insurance company paying them for the first hour.
Please don’t send out extremely useless plumbers (Starplex Maintenance, Centurion) to my home to sort out issues. They don’t show you the issue and what they repaired, I must just take their word and complete a competence form when I had no clue at all what they done. They guy was literally 10 minutes here and replaced a elbow joint. Insurance is to pay the first hour yet M Klashorst is charging me R1850? For what?
Order from Dischem and Woolworths. The Dischem order (1 item) was delivered, the app shows that my Woolworths order was also delivered yet it has not been delivered. Did they deliver to the wrong person or just charged my card and didn’t buy my items to start with? I also stated that my credit card details should not be saved (on sign up) yet they saved my card details, this can’t be right? I have tried all means of making contact. I think they rigged the phone voice prompts so you always hold, your call will never be answered. The voice print starts by stating 1 minute waiting time, then just continues to go up from there.
Can your organization please get it right once and for all, it’s been months now and every month since my renewal you have been either over charging me or providing me with the incorrect services. How difficult is it to get this right???? How many times do I need to complain???? Get the got damn thing sorted out.
You have yet again charged me the incorrect amount for my contract. I was promised last month that this will be sorted out. Your organization is going from bad to worse.

Hi Tracking number RG ********** 59CN was collected in Mpumalanga and I firstly did not authorize the collection, secondly it was not sent to my post office. How was someone else allowed to collect my parcel without my authorization. This is a concern since they did not have my identity details???? Please find my parcel and send it to my Midrand post office so I can collect it.
