I noted that the Sim cards were deactivated when I requested the wifi cancelation. What is the process to keep them active on prepaid? Or if not, can it be activated in order for Port to be done? Or are you able to assist with port out without the Sim card being active? Add your reply
Engen in Brighton Road, kraaifontein. Don't know Petrol attendants name as he did not have a name tag on. But I definitely remember that miserable face he sadly carried. Firstly I am not impressed with service given, as he gave me the wrong price of the oil, R30 more when I went inside to pay. He placed the oil in and did not put the cap back on. I even bought him a huge coke and not even a thank you. I know its not alot but atleast have basic manners to your clients! 3 days later the oil light went on, back to the garage, only to find out the cap was off. I am not impressed at all! You need to remind your staff to smile, we all have bad days. But we all need to smile! My car could of been damaged!!!
My complaint is, is that Rain informed me that it is a month-to-month contract. Should I stop paying, it means that my network will be cut off, which has happened, and if I want to take up the offer again, I need to just start paying again for it to be activated. I've done so, and for two months, I've been told I'm in arrears when I'm not because I stopped the Wi-Fi as I have a new service provider. I am, however, being told I am two months in arrears and every time I transfer funds to that card that is linked to Rain, they attempt to withdraw funds and they deduct small amounts every time. When I have requested to have this cancelled via WhatsApp in last week because later I've then been told I need to send an email. I don't understand why as I've been informed from the beginning, if I do not pay, it will not work. I assume and expect it to happen. However, I am having the issue now with my bank card being debited from Rain. I need to have it cancelled completely and never, ever renewed again. Thank you.
disgusting service!! No proper explanation After asking numerous times how much longer we needed to wait for the doctor. They allowed people before us that came after us. Took note as i sat there for three hours that they let the cash payers first then the medical aid patients. money hungry doctors. Do not recommend this surgery!
I am waiting for feedback from this company for over a week with regards to switching the service plan to my name. no feedback, no response. called numerous numbers and emails with no outcome. not happy with services rendered. Amazing service to sell your car to them, no complaints but purchasing one.. before and after service is not good at all. really sad and angry client.

I sent a request first week of February to have the service canceled for my 5G package, yet I was charged and still not canceled even though I have already moved onto to another provider with Fibre. Please have my package canceled and refund processed. Thank you.
i urgently need help with canceling a fibre contract that was taken up. i signed documentation but i have not accepted the offer as i was told they will call me for me to accept it. i have called back and forth with no luck. please urgently assist.
I cannot believe that I am complaining about my favourite online store but I am deeply disappointed over a small amount that they refuse to refund me on, claiming that it was delivered. I had to speak to multiple consultants and no one could assist me. Not impressed. I have not spent 1000s of rands at this company and they won't refund me give me product of a few rands. Not impressed.
I took a day off from leaving the house to find wifi else where until my package arrives, only to be told at 2:20 that my delivery has been cancelled as the package was handed to the incorrect driver who does not do my area. I urgently need that modem to do my work and now I have another day that I need to be without wifi and forced to stay home until the courier arrives. I even offered to drive to the area the driver is in, and they said they cannot do that. Please urgently arrange for this package tomorrow morning as I arranged again as it's really urgent please and is affecting my work load and causing client complaints.
