BAD Service & Breech of Contract
I'm disgusted by the fact that Speed Trainer Somerset West has sold my lay-by whilst I was still making payments well within the time-frame. Yesterday, 26 February 2019, I went to redeem my lay-by, only to find that they couldn't locate my shoe, and that it had been sold. I've spent 3months paying this off, only to leave empty handed. I am disgusted in the negligence you've portrayed and now I cannot find the size I require anywhere.

Worst Manufactured Phone Hisense F20
I bought two of these phones in 2016 and it started giving problems not even a month later! It is a costly mistake I will never repeat again. I've missed so many important calls, as the phone does not allow me to answer; the phone automatically just switches off without you doing anything; you wait forever for an app to open; most of the time it just freezes and pops up saying system not responding.. Your apps never respond...There were emergencies and I wasn't able to make or receive a call; it does not pick up the network clearly; the list just goes on and on... Both my husband and I experience the same problems with these phones. I would like to urge consumers out there not to buy a Hisense F20, it is the worse phone ever.

Long Lasting and Great Value for Money Product
<p>Good day,</p> <p>I would like to compliment Mellerware for their excellence in creating products that are great value for money and long lasting.</p> <p>My Mellerware kettle I bought from Game, packed up for this first time after 8 years; and I have to mention, this kettle of mine that packed up, worked very hard.</p> <p>I know of family and friends who has to buy kettles every 6 - 12 months, but I am proud to say mine lasted a whopping 8 years. I always said that should my kettle pack up one day, I was going to get me the glass kettle, but unfortunately my old kettle packed up at an awkward time of the month.</p> <p>I did however buy me another Mellerware kettle, (even though its not the glass one I would have liked), but I know it will last just as long as the other one did.</p> <p>Family and Friends think I'm lying when I tell them that my kettle lasted 8 years before it packed up.</p> <p>Thank you Mellerware, more people will know to buy your products☺</p> <p>A very impressed client,</p> <p>Candice</p> <p> </p>

IMPECCABLE CLIENT SERVICE
Dear Management<br> <br> I would like to commend Nhlanhla Nkala on her impeccable client service.<br> I was on Telkom Mobile up until end of November 2015, when FNB Connect called me offering me their product. I then ported to their network, but FNB's service and signal was however so bad, I decided right then and there to discontinue with them and cancelled the service they offered me with immediate effect.<br> FNB advised me on the 22 December 2015 that my number had been released back to Telkom Mobile, but there was still some problem and I battled back and forth struggling to get my number back. I spoke with various call centre agents at Telkom Mobile, all who promised that they're following up and that they'll call me back and provide feedback on the status, but to no avail.<br> I was up in arms already and was beginning to think that I'll never get my number back again, when eventually my call was answered by Nhlanhla on Thursday 21 January 2016. This lady went out of her way to assist me
