The menu navigation is probably the most confusing and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Do not try to complain as the links do not exist. Very sad as their burgers are excellent
Do not stick to published hours. Manager decides when to close
Tried to get support from their contact page on their app. Have left 8 requests on their page over the past 2 weeks. They do not respond. I have tried phoning and their automated system always responds with the message that the are experiencing high call volumes and that out must leave your details for them to contact you back. Surprise surprise no response. The Lottery commission is als in cahoots as they als do not respond.
<p>Did not have a good experience with an after market repairer. Went in to Supplier (Steven & Co) in Midrand, the most pleasent and knowledgeable people around. They assessed the item and sorted it out in a couple of days at a very reasonable cost. (Out of Warrantee). The moral of the story is (in this case). Go straight to the agents.</p>
I telephoned EWC and asked for the Despatch Manager. I explained the lack of service. He looked up the waybill number and asked if he could deliver immediately. This was at 17h00. Delivery was effected by 8pm. In all fairness I don't think he was aware of my hellopeter report. So kudo's to him.
According to their track and trace the goods were despatched on the 12/01, and then returned to their depot the same day. Nothing on the 13th. I phoned on the 14/01 and was asked if they could deliver on the 15/01. Guess what, still nothing. THIS IS AN EXPRESS DELIVERY COMPANY. If you can't deliver goods get out of the business.
Great Service, Efficient, precise and to the point. Pointed out what was required and got on with it. Well Done
