I can't update update my profile to 'open to offers', it gives me a 'Profile is not complete' error, I have had a profile for years and always been able to update this setting. Also not able to apply for jobs.
I phone the call centre after being told I was in arrears at the gym and got such arrogant assistance from Mogsien Johnson who made it sound like I was in error for my account. I have been training the whole of last year and this year, and I have even changed gym locations, only to be told my account is in arrears for April, May and June of LAST YEAR??? I asked how can this be, because debit orders went off every month, I received no calls about being in arrears and have trained at multiple Virgin actives. Another consultant called me who also kept insisting that I must pay, except I don't know what I am paying for??? From April last year? They would have stopped me at the gym door, when your account is in arrears they don't let you in, I have spoken to consultants who moved my membership and there was no mention of arrears. In all my time ay Virgin active I have never gone through the type of service i received today.
First time using PNP ASAP and there are missing items. I call the call centre which took forever to get through to and got the run around telling me it takes up to 48 hours to investigate and I will receive an email after they investigate my missing items!!!!!!!!
I took pictures of my car with the attendant in it to make sure that they can't damage anything. My car was returned with a gigantic crack in the middle of my front of my Windscreen and they claim not to know about it but I have pictures. STAY AWAY FROM VAPS. good service but the y will damage your car. Rather pay more for parking and rather than pay access foe the windscreen repair
They refused to close my account. I keep requesting a closure and they charge my account fee even though I requested a closure well before the fee date. Vusimuzi refuses to read my chats and just goes on what he see's... The account fee regardless of my having a reference number and chat trail to prove dates on when the cancellation was requested!!!
The turnaround time for resolving queries at Old Mutual is such a slow and tedious process. It's been almost a month that I requested a withdrawal and Closure for my RA policy. To date I have not received feedback since I was last requested to send banking and ID docs. Why should it take this long to process a withdrawal request?! Can I please get assistance with the withdrawal so I can just move on elsewhere and have the policy closed. It was OK to debit from my account, now that I want to disinvest I'm told to pay premiums first, but it's my investment. The service is just so tedious and phoning the call centre is just more frustrating.
I received the best customer service from Happy Malatji in the store yesterday, she is so good at what she does! I had purchased a Vegan protein shake and used the online shopping click and collect option. There was confusion with the order and it took about 2 hours to resolve the issue. I had been waiting in the store for 2 hours. She went out of her way to phoning online and head office to ensure I walked out with that purchase, even though the wait was long she made sure there was calm, and handled it with such patience that I remained patient. In the end I walked out with my purchase and I was so impressed with her level of service and customer satisfaction. Thank you to Happy Malatji who showed a perfect picture of UBUNTU! Definitely an asset to your team..
I bought the Foreign Ground Coffee flask on 4/06/2022, on my way to work drinking tea from the flask it leaked on me quite badly, now you imagine being half way to work and having hot tea leak on you. Not a pleasant experience. I am very disappointed at the quality of the product, the inner rubber of the lid is not fit to size and even after numerous attempts to try and fit the rubber into the lid, it doesn't fit! I have already thrown the slip away so I am unable to change it, but I must say I am very disappointed at the quality I bought. This is not the first time buying faulty products or fruit that I is rotten at the bottom of the bag at Checkers Silver lakes.

The cancel button does even work! WEBAFRICA IS A SCAM THAT ONLY USES WHATSAPP AND THEY JUST TRANSFERRRING YOUR CHAT, ONLY FOR THE NECT OPTION TO TAKE YOU BACK TO THE ROBOT THAT IS WAITING TO TRANSFER YOU TO THE PERSON THAT WILL LOOP IT AGAIN!
