Entrance only tickets should be available for online bookings.
You should be able to buy an entrance only ticket online. Paying R295.00 just so I can grant a birthday wish for my child is really not right. I have a problem with my back and therefore cannot go on most of the rides. This being said my daughter and friend really enjoyed themselves.

Excellent customer service
Best service I have ever had at any PnP. Unfortunately he was not wearing a name badge, and I forgot to check on the receipt. Jean Avenue (Centurion) PnP till no. 3 between 15:00 and 15:30. Friendly, helpful and very professional. If all your staff were that good you probably wouldn't have to close any of your stores.

Excellent customer service.
Phuti at Mall@Reds Mr Price is great! So friendly and professional. She helped make what could have been a difficult situation a pleasant experience. I hope the rest of the staff will learn from her.

Not recommended!!
Tracking stops in China and no response from their customer service. My shipment was due to leave CN on 24 January 2023. Still no update today 10 February 2023
