So disappointed in Macro pick up, I ordered online - went to pickup the following day during my lunchtime. The order was not ready. I was kept waiting for 20 mins and then when I complained the lady at the very end of the pickup section on the left on the computer who appeared in charge of the section advised me that they would deliver my goods. Today as I had not heard from them i spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting for confirmation of delivery only to be informed in a patronizing tone that this was NOT possible. Pathetic service Marko
I purchased a contract with Showmax Pro as a google search indicated that if you bought Showmax Pro you could live-stream the rugby world cup. I then signed into the account and discovered that this was not true. I immediately requested a refund of payment advising Showmax of my situation. They snottily rep**** the next day that sorry cannot cancel i should have read their website. PLEASE BE WARNED - ********* behaviour.
I purchased two "snuggly pet beds" for my anxious pets. The order arrived and was of substandard material, over priced and not as advertised in the picture or the description. I have attempted on three occasions to request a refund. I eventually was asked for a picture which i immediately submitted. Been begging for a response since then. Pathetic service. Don't buy from HYPERLI - they are not the company they used to be.
We recommend "Our Glass" in Rabie Road Randburg. Professional, helpful, neat, speedy and innovative from start to finish. Replaced large window on 1st floor of double storey home where other glass companies either refused to quote or quoted an outrageous amount for scaffolding. Real pleasure to deal with - we are impressed.
Zaagkuilsdrift Road - birding paradise. Marlene the host was so very accommodating we had to cancel our booking 3 times during covid and each time Marlene bent over backwards to accommodate us. The lodge is comfortable and inviting.
COJ sent someone to cut-off our electricity. We nearly had a heart attack. The COJ employer asked for proof of payment to be sent to her WhatsApp number which we did. It transpires that it was 18 cents short. She left without cutting us off! Just delighted that she was prepared to wait for us to dig out the pop and give her personal details out so that we could send it to her. Well done, Mmabatho Chiloane, CoJ needs more employees like you!
Received wonderful customer service from this Nursery. I telephoned this nursery and spoke to a lovely lady, called Sophia, who helped me buy a gift voucher for my cousin who lives in Sandbaai ( i live in Gauteng), only to discover that the nursery is 265km away from where she lives. The voucher clearly stated that refunds won't be entertained but after hearing about my error Sophia spoke to her boss and arranged a full refund. So often we use this platform to complain. It's really nice to be able to compliment a business.
I purchased a relatively expensive set of Nikon binoculars and the eye piece was damaged while under warranty. I had to drive all the way to Midrand to hand in the product and was advised that they would submit it and advise me when it was ready for collection. I was informed by email that they don't cover eye pieces in the warranty and that the cost will be over R 1300.00 to fix. I now have to drive all the way back to Midrand to collect them and sit with a broken eye piece as I really don't intent spending that kind of money on something that should be covered by warranty. Why could the service assistant not have told me this when I was there and why is this not covered under warranty? An item that costs 20% of the purchase price to repair should be under warranty or such exclusions should be clearly stated on the warranty exclusion.
Delicious food and great service at Northcliff branch. Their Twosday special is awesome.
