Faheem Khan - Key Account Agent - from the Pietermaritzburg Office is a absolute star. Goes the extra mile and a pleasure to deal with. Emails are answered promptly and issues resolved in a jiffy. Very impressed, completely changed the way I felt about Ram. Hope management acknowledges his sterling service!
I have had no connection. Numerous phone calls later still nothing. Speaking to an agent does not really help as (a) call gets disconnected when half way through a sentence (b) noise level in background so bad with people shouting that the agent can not hear you and you are exposed to whatever is happening in the background. I have mysteriously been placed on a tower that is 10,8 km away thus no Internet (explanation I was given) considering it was fine till Wednesday evening when things started going pear shaped. Apparently technical will look at it and guess what - NOTHING I am still not on the network. Tried calling this morning AGAIN - 12 times to be exact - no reply. Good grief guys you really need to up your game - do not come up with hairy fairy excuses - resolve issues immediately otherwise you are going to keep getting bad reviews.

Emails are never answered, call centre a nightmare. Would be lovely if someone in the company would bother assisting. Mailing complaints does not even help - at my wits end

Extremely poor signal - normal to battle for 20 minutes to open a page. Pointless.calling support as it always the same - remove sim, reset settings, switch off and switch on devices. When requesting a reference number it no longer exists when you follow up on it. Hundreds of rands later in phone calls and no improvement- very disappointed in their product and will no recommended anyone to join them as it is ok for a while and then goes horribly south.
Ordered an item and paid for it In December it is now February! Following up with them an absolute waste of time. First I was told there are issues getting items from the US, when telling there that is nonsense the excuse is that they have problems getting it from their supplier. One does not advertise an item you can not provide and if it is a problematic supplier you pick up the phone and call them for heavens sakes or find another supplier. So tired of the nonsense emails telling me they are trying…. Not good enough! First and last time I will ever order anything from them. So disappointed
Call centre NEVER answers - been trying to get hold of an agent for days now - when some person does answer total disinterest and while trying to talk you get transferred back to the switchboard. Tried calling head office - same scenario. Come on guys - hundreds of rand later spent on airtime and no assistance???? Very, very disappointed. Seriously sick of hearing “we are currently experiencing high call volumes” :(
Fraud hotline number does not get answered. Been holding on for almost an hour!!!
What a pleasure to deal with the Pietermaritzburg branch agents- fantastic, super friendly service. Wish all their branches were like that (really unpleasant dealing with Howick). Pietermaritzburg branch highly recommended and appreciated
