Please take note that although Totalsports has a Vitality section on their website and allows for a discount code, that you cannot use Vitality discount for online purchases. There is no notice to inform you. You will waste your time and discount if you try. Your discount code will NOT work. I got confirmation from Totalsport support.

I am unable to cancel my Telkom Mobile contract. The contract has run out and I have submitted the cancellation forms and supporting documents in September 2017. After several calls to the call centre, usually with a response that "they can see my cancellation and enquiries on their system and will escalate it to their supervisors". It is now April 2018, and I am still receiving invoices and statements which is obviously escalating. I have called them again today (waiting 25 minutes for the call centre to answer) - sending all the forms again - again receiving a response that they will escalate it to their supervisors. What else can I do??????
I made an order on Takealot with the value in excess of R10 000. The expected delivery date was in three weeks. This was unusually long, I was disappointed ... and I should have smelt the rat. During the three weeks I checked the Order Tracker - with no progress. I questioned the lack of progress via their facebook page and customer service on three occasions. Every time I was assured, even "promised", that I will receive my order on time. On the very last day, the "Expected Delivery Date", I received the dreaded email that they cannot deliver and is cancelling my order. I wasted three week with my money in their bank account. Why didn't they cancel the order earlier? Are they doing this with multiple clients? Are they acting like a financial institution, earning interest on client's capital?
<p>I have applied for an ADSL connection to my home. I used to have a connection, so I know everything is in place. So why do I have to wait so long to become a client of TELKOM. I have an order number - I can even check on the internet for progress, but there is no progress - always the same message. If you call the call centre you are fortunate to speak to an operated after 15 mintues of wait, only to hear they don't know either. They cannot give you a number of somebody who knows - NOBODY KNOWS!. You just have to wait until they want you as a client.</p>
<p>I have used Greenergy Solutions to repair an ITS Heatpump. They were quick to repond to my request of a quote and the staff were friendly and competent. </p> <p> </p> <p>The repair was more expensive than expected since they do not keep stock of basic spare parts (small transformer) and had to do multiple trips for it. They had to "order it from Cape Town". They were not prepared to consider alternative less expensive options.</p>

<p>I have interacted with Charl to remove some building rubble. After several phone calls I was lucky to get a quote, only to wait again to actually remove the rubble. After two weeks and several promises, I had to make alternative arrangements to remove the rubble. He never called me back or reacted on my sms'ses. </p>
This already started in August with a visit at a Telkom store and several forms and HP as well. I am still unable to to cancel my Telkom Mobile contract. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE?????? Stay away from Telkom Mobile contracts!!!
