They never get back to you and if they do it takes 3-4 days Yet they are quick to call when you miss payment by an hour Their service is really disappointing
I have receive shambolic service from santam switch and Santam bothe gave really been horrible, ive been debited 4 times instead of twice , policy was meant switch over in decmber it was not done i asked to cnacel my policy it was not done worse no one takes accountability i though they were supposed to be the best but all i have experienced is shambles
They take your money even though they don't have stock for next day delivery In paid and ordered for a tablet for next day delivery I paid the R35 for next day delivery in anticipation for my daughters Christmas present When I purchased they stated that there was one left and I paid When I was not getting any notification for collection I then called their call centre and only then did they say that they are out of stock And that delivery will be only on 3 Jan This was a Christmas present for my daughter and now she has to have Christmas without something she wanted the most.
Unacceptable service my mother called to ask for a premium review After R100 worth of phone calls she received a confirmation that her premiums won't increase But they still did, now Andrea from the call centre who is so rude refused to give her reference number for the escalation and to even help her on the phone. She's cancelling this policy if one gets back to her within 24 houts
The bike I purchased and was happy with the price, however I chose same day collection as per their promise on the website, i asked for same day collection at Eastgate but when I arrived I was told the bike was in Cresta, they eventually delivered but I missed a deadline as I needed it on the day of collection To make matters worse they asked me to review it and they font want to post that I had an issue with they promise that they didn't live up to

Dstv contact centre is not customer friendly they don't stick to their promises, the retentions agent by the. Ame of Nothando was so bad that she was not even willing to take down my contact number for her. Manager to call me or even give me the manager's we mail address No wonder they are losing customers
