This is by far the worst ever service we have received. No communication whatsoever. Dont answer phones. Chat line cannot answer messages or give you a time when the overnight parcel will be delivered. I dont actually know if people work there...... whoever needs a courier, whatever you do not use these guys. By far the worst we have ever used.. They should get minus 10 stars or more. I dont know where they got the name FASTWAY from....
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have never in my life experienced this type of non service. I have not received any payments since about 5 years back. When I called and mentioned this I suddenly got a payment into my bank account the following day. I have had no payment from JSE at all. I wrote and asked them to send all the POP with dates a d reference numbers from bank. Each time I ask for thus they send me 2 sheets if paper and amounts which should have been in my bank account. There have been absolutely no payments when I look on my statements. I wonder who is getting this money and why are they avoiding giving evidence to prove this went into my account. If anyone else has had the same experience I would love to know. We may all have this common problem. Maybe someone can advise if there is an ombudsman in this industry to sort this out
Had many calls and mails from them saying this was just updating our details in yellow pages on line. Said was a FREE service. I questioned thIs many times and assured it was free. As I filled out form, looked at clause 3 agreement. Would have been in for R12000 and more . Legally bound. WHAT **** ARTISTS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL 🧐
Ordered cat fountain. Arrived with 1 part missing. Returned for credit which I have still not got. Ordered another and paid for it. Parcel received and this one has 2 parts missing 😢 nobody is calling back. I cannot call them. Only e mail. Their service sucks 😕 have they not git quality control
Not at all happy with MTN. Got a call from telesales offering a so called wonderful upgrade. I thought I wS getting more of everything that I had at a good rate and agreed . When I got the mail confirming the contract , it was downgraded and I only had minutes to Mtn as apposed to a package where I had everything. To call 135 and press a million buttons and get nowhere does not work for me. I tried changing the package 2nd time and was assured I had everything, but not the case. I do not know how to resolve this and don't want to change my number as it is used for business as well and had the phone over 29 years. I wish MTN had a manager that I could talk to. I have had to pay 2 migration costs as well even though they sold wrongly not telling all .... FED UP WITH MTN
I would give NO STARS for the lack of service from Takealot but they do not have that to comment on! Firstly you cannot get through to the phone lines to let them know what is wrong. I ordered a 9KG CADAC GAS CYLINDER from them. When I received this and this filled the gas cylinder and connected to the gas heater (also bought from them) we found that the cylinder was leaking. We tightened the fitting that attached to the heater and still no flame. Found that the cylinder still leaked. The rep from Cadac came out to collect from Cadac and when trying to get the fitting out part of the fitting broke off on the cylinder. Cadac said that they would try take that part off but there would be labour costs probably for my account as well. So we have to now buy the fitting as well as refill the cylinder. How were we to know that we were buying a dud without putting gas in this. Hence for our costs, buy a new cylinder from reputable suppliers, write off the R889 for the cylinder from TAKEALOT, R380 for the gas we put in as well as buy a new part that was broken off whilst trying to remove the fitting. OUT OF POCKET TO THE TUNE OF R1669 and buy a new one!!! Thank you TAKEALOT for your BAD SERVICE OR LACK OF SERVICE for not sorting this out and only using your typing fingers!!!! ARE THERE ANY PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I placed 2 orders with snatcher in the last month using OZOW. Money has gone off my account via OZOW is one of their payment methods and I am not sure whether it is Snatcher or Ozow that are at fault. Snatcher said they have not received payment and I have POP and sent to them..... Has anyone else had issues as well as OZOW has not got any decent reviews

I ordered 4 humidifiers of which once tested 2 were broken and not working at all and after trying the third one out the following day, this also did not work. I have tried contacting them and all I get is messenger messages and nothing is happening- just the same questions which has been automated click 1 of the 4 answers, but no communication from a person from the company at all --It would be nice if they could communicate person to person and resolve the issues. I have ordered lots from them in the past and dont think I will order from them again ever!!!
