I would like to express my gratitude to Gomolemo Zwane for the professional, friendly and speedy service I received today. He was a tremendous help in getting my policy sorted. I highly recommend Blink by MiWay.
Bought travel insurance last year and just before I had to travel I realised I needed to amend the end date of my travels on that policy. They told me they could not do so, and I would need to cancel the first policy to get a refund and then purchase a new travel insurance policy. I requested a cancellation of the first policy with refund and purchased a new one, as advised. Now when I query the refund, they tell me it has been processed, but there is no reversal of funds that appears on my card statement and I have checked with my bank multiple times. They provided a false proof of payment.
Took an evening flight with SAA on the 8th of January, and my new suitcase was ripped/torn at the bottom. It is damaged and cannot be fixed. They are deliberately ignoring me and do not follow up with any tickets logged on their stupid system. I try to call and they do not answer. They are the worst airline, with the most atrocious customer service to top it off.
If I could rate them a negative number I honestly would. NMG has been doing the run around regarding my claim. I provide the requested document and then after I do a follow up a month later I'm told that my details are incomplete.
The service received from Motorite is appalling. I have called multiple times to make sure that everything was in order with my policy and they assure me it is. Come the time to approve a claim, somehow my policy was captured incorrectly. Get told that the issue has been escalated, but nothing is ever resolved.
I purchased a laptop screen today from Asetos in Rosebank. The screen I received is dirty and has dead bugs stuck to it. It looks like it was previously used. I was expecting a brand new laptop screen.
I made a purchase from the technomobi website on Friday and received my package this Monday morning. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. Their service is absolutely brilliant and I love the personalized wrapping of my package. I would highly recommend you guys.
Since RCS is now administrating Edgars accounts, they provide lousy service. Made an eft payment for my Edgars account and somehow my payment cannot be traced.
Cielo has the worst customer service. I have been waiting for a delivery, for an order made on April 30th. I have called them multiple times and all I get are just empty promises. No one cares.
Technician that came is named Christian and lied to our faces about all fees for the job and could not keep his story straight. Now back paddles about what he said. Crooks
