The worst delivery company DPD Laser/Dawn Wing. I bought an Adidas sneaker and to find the sneaker doesn’t fit. Logged a return with Adidas return was suppose to be 3 weeks ago but DPD Laser has been giving me massages of incorrect address but they delivered the sneaker on the very same address for collection. I’ve been calling for the past 3 weeks to get the parcel to be delivered to Adidas. Spoke to Chantel whom I was told didn’t do her work hence the delay. Called in agin this morning spoke to her again and she said she has escalated the issue to management. It’s almost the 30 days period before my parcel return date expires. Please can DPD Laser/ Dawn Wing come and collect the parcel so I can get my refund.
One the 21st of July I returned a shoe that I bought from Steve Madden Eastgate the service I got unprofessional. I was told the shoe was returned and I’ll get my refund within 24hrs. Up until today I haven’t received any payment or wallet refund. Done a life chat with payjustnow and was advised to contact Steve Madden which I did on the 5th of August spoke to Tumi he advised that after 2 hours refund will be done to the wallet account. On the 6th of August I called Steve Madden advised that my wallet hasn’t been credited yet and the guy advised there’s nothing they can do on their side. I advised I should publish them for me to get assisted the guy advised I can go ahead.

I’m unhappy with service rendered by Bluedot. Paid for my service on the 3rd April but on the 14th April my service was disconnected. Tried get hold of Bluedot via whatsapp to notify about the disconnection. But no response till now. And the problem it’s a monthly issue.
I'm so disappointed with the service rendered by Aramex. I bought my daughter's first birthday gifts from Toysrus and order was successful. I was advised that orders will be delivered 5-7 working days 3 of 4 items were delivered on the 25th November and the guy that delivered advised that the other order will be delivered the following day. On the 28th still nothing was delivered I e-mailed Aramex enquiring about my parcel Avinash Maharaj and Theloshan Naidoo, gave feed back that my parcel will be delivered ASAP and e-mailed back to say can it be delivered before Saturday because it's a gift for my daughter's first birthday. I didn't get any reply and till this day I didn't get the parcel no1 is communicating even e-mailed them to cancel the delivery.

I'm very disappointed with service rendered by House & Home. I have a layby with them which I done online for a PS5 Digital for R9499. The layby final date was today. I went in store the House & Home at Carnival Mall to make my payment and get my son's PS5. I got there they couldn't pick up my reference number and the R100 deposit payment that I've done to House & Home online. So I provided the lay with the e-mail and reference that I've received from House & Home online. The lady contacted the Head Office for assistance. She was advised they'll call her back since they've realized that the fault is on they side. I decided to go run errands while wait for them to call back. I received a massage from them advising that I'll have to pay R4700 this month and the another R4700 next month for the Ps5. So I didn't mind the massage because I new I was going to pay the full R9400 balance cash today as it was it's last day before the layby expires. I came back and the lady advised the Head Office is busy trying to locate the funds to the correct deal. That also left me puzzled that how did we get there because I thought a big company like House & Home priorities their customers. I then advised the lady that I had to go pick up my son from school so I'll have to come back at 3pm. I came back and the store manger advised that the funds are not yet located to my layby and the Ps5 Digital is out of stock. Namibia is the only place that has stock and they won't be able to get the PS5 digital from there as it is very far. So I'll have to top up with R2500 to get the new PS5 Digital Slim that is worth R12000. I find it so unfair and unprofessional that I had to wait close to 45 minutes and I had to drive back to be told that the item is out of stock and nothing can be done. Can House & Home please do right by me.
On the 30th July I bought Baby Girl 2-pack Jogger Pants Style: 3141176 Size: 18/24MONTHS and on the 3rd August I received a cancellation mail from Truworths saying the item is out of stock. On the 4th decided to browse on the Truworths website I find the joggers are in stock and I made a purchase again and even called their customer service spoke to Akhila, and she couldn't assist because she siad she can't view anything on her side. I was puzzled because as an employee of Truworths the website should be available to all staff members. On the 5th I received a cancellation mail of my second purchase and I logged in to the website the item is in stock. So I think Truworths is false advertising items or someone isn't doing their job as per usual. Please can they assist and send me the item because the 50% sale ended already and the item shows that stock is available online. I have screenshots to support my statement.
I'm very disappointed with the service rendered by Netstar. In March 2024 I called in advising them that can they please send me a consultant or rather can I come in one of their around the Eastrand so they can remove the tracking device on my vehicle since I'm going to be returning the car back to the bank. And a consultant advised they'll send out a technician to come remove the tracking device. After calling hours later a consultant called and advise if I was okay because on their side it shows that someone is tempering with the tracking device I confirmed I'm fine and I'm driving the car there's nothing wrong. I than advised the consultant that can they please send me a technician to remove the device because I'm returning the car to the bank, he confirmed that all will be sorted since I said I did called in and notified them. On the 11 April the car was returned and there was no technician sent out. Now I'm being harassed by Netstar lawyers demanding payment of which I don't have a problem paying BUT I can't pay for something I don't have. So please if they can go de-install the device and deliver it to me than I'll make payments until the end of my contract.
On the 2nd of May 2023 I was called by Elvan (REFERENCE NO: 199613705) returning my complaint call, regarding the issue I had when I called their customer services for help and I was assisted by Fazeen, whom failed to do his job. I told Elvan I'd like to cancel my contract with them since they failed to deliver their services I pay for. He also failed to assist me. I asked him that can he ask his superior to call me back probably the superior knows his/her job. Until today no phone call or email was sent to me. I'm degusted by Netstar and their unprofessional service. I've been complaining about their app that doesn't even give accurate location of the car and taking of time to update with the information.
