The jewel in Balgowan
Beautiful and idylic setting in the KZN midlands at Balgowan. It is my wife and I favourite romantic restaurant. The food is always fantastic and the service is exceptional. This is a bucket list experience for any couple.

Ballito Manager goes beyond the call of duty
Just had an amazing experience with Outdoor Warehouse Ballito and specifically with their Manager, Pieter, who went beyond the call of duty to help me and a friend in desperate need. Despite the store closing he assisted us with empathy and generosity. Thank you Pieter. We need more of you in retail.

Maslow Sandton Poor Service Again
Disappointing again! Unfortunately despite convenient location will now consider other options due to poor service - shocking check in experience with Lonwaba, unstable Wifi and poor room and bar service. Had thought previous poor experience was once-off but second time now supports a lack of hotel management.

Great Customer Experience @ Ballito
Just had a fantastic customer experience today, the Sunday 5th June, at the Ballito Junction Mr Price Sport store. I needed to return / swap an item and could not find the receipt. The team were very helpful and processed the new transaction without a fuss. Well done as this is interaction is so hard to find now a days. Thank you Ballito team.

Arrogant staff
Very disappointing experience at the Durban North shop (off Broadway / Swapo Road). Staff (especially the male attendant) ignored our presence and disinterested when trying to place the order. Our ritual coffee and croissant ride session will now have to move to another coffee shop.

The Farmers Daughter starts delivering their great food to home
Fantastic news, they have started delivering to Durban and Ballito areas. There food parcels are as good as sitting at their tables. If you have not tried their home cooked pies, oxtail, and lasagne then you must give it a try!
