On the 23rd of January 2022 I bought R500 airtime via internet banking, and airtime wasn't loaded. Then on the 24th of January 2022 I called the customer service then they gave me the reference number and they said I must forward the bank statement until today my airtime wasn't loaded. I been calling Cell c and no joy.

I went to buy a decoder at hi-fi corp Jabulani mall, then they gave me someone cell number to install my explora then I try to call that person no respond and later he call me and he ref me to someone else but no luck, then I decided to call the store also they didn't answer the phone, why are they selling decoder if they can't give a customer a right person. Even now still hoping I will get help
