Metro fibre seems to be ****, our line was suspended and we made immediate payment only to find out the person who is supposed to unlock the line has already knocked off and as for support they cannot unsuspend the line because they are not in finance
I had a mobile contract with MTN, which was cancelled a long time ago, but somehow they seem to think its ok for them to keep debiting my account. even though I am now on prepaid.
We need assistance, regarding the technical help to name a few. We have been trying to get our internet back up for 3hrs today and we still did not get a response and their comms channel which they refer to be the best, no one bothers to even respond. our office router has been on softlock and we have not been able to do any work today. Who is going to cover today's loss? Mweb does not even deserve even 1 star but -------000000. please assist
I have sent all the requested documents but still not response,when I call I am been transferred from Pillar to post. Yet I am calling at my own cost which will not be reimbursed. Any advise?
I need help,with outsurance refund. I have a policy that was not supposed to be in place I. The first place. Meaning I am actually double insured, of which they did notice only after this year,from 2019. Now when they supposed to refund ,I am. It getting any response or communication from them as they promised.i always have to call and follow up. But I am not getting anywhere. Any advise in how to get this matter resolved
Hi ,is the anyone who can assist with this?. I have app**** for UIF since March 04/05 2025. I was told to come back in April to sign for payment,which was promised to be done in the next 10-15 days after application. When u went back in the given date I was told to come back the other month which is supposed to be this month May. I tried to follow up using their call centre but all I get is run around. Is there anyone who can assist with a matter like on how to escalate it. Why should one go through this ?
I paid for my Internet but because ,I am with giga go,which is part of metrofibre now fibre has been down the whole day
I have been requested to sent pop, as requested from VW finance,but till this day I did not get a response.I been waiting for my Natis for a few months.
I would like to express my frustration regarding VW finance and how unfair they are to me as customer. I paid off my car in may/June 2024, I was asked if I would like them to sent me my Natis certificate so I can go do change if ownership but instead they offered and alternative that they can do it for me but I should pay a certain amount and use a certain ref. Which is what I did now I been asked multiple times so sent them pop in a form of pdf. Which u need to pay for at my own cost. Ot them. However my frustration is that how am I now been asked to sent pop. Over and over or in a form of pdf. While they can clearly pick up or in a second when someone has missed payment for example. But they cannot pick up that someone has paid them instead they asking for pop and giving Run arounds. It's been months since I been waiting for my certificate and till this day I did not get any call or even communication from them instead all I get is the email saying I need to sent pop. For them to assist. I really feel this is ridiculous and unfair just because I do not owe them anymore but they feel the need to keep my Natis with them, while they are they once offered the option to do change of ownership on my behalf.
My line was suspended due to outstanding invoice. The amount was paid and POP was sent to email they suggest pop should be sent to. My understanding if it's a holiday there is support or atleast people who are in standby hence there is a help line. I called and was out on hold only to be told there is nothing they can do I will have to wait till the next working day.u asked for support via WhatsApp chat. The chat agent tells me to sent POP in a form of PDF.mind you I have sent pop to email and on WhatsApp as well. Also how can one ask for support in WhatsApp and only get response after 3-4 hours. This is the worst support I ever experienced. I am not happy at all.and I feel ****** that I made payment but I cannot access the services and worst been told there's nothing they can. Do because it's a public holiday.
