Bossa Meerendal has the friendliest staff with a relaxed/romantic environment. 3 of the staff members immediately recognised us upon entering and started singing a 'welcome back family song' 🤗 we received super awesome service everytime we visited and there food never disappoints. Shout out to Tspho our favourite waiter 😎
I recently purchased 2 pairs of crocs online. I usually wear a size 4 in the crocs make, however when the shoes arrived the size 4 was too small and had to return it, only for the bigger size now to be out of stock. - super disappointing.
We took our daughter to build a bear for the 1st time on the 28 Dec 2024 Tygervalley. They were out of stock of the bunny that my daughter wanted. We did not have a good experience, the service was terrible we were treated so nevermind the sales person just helped us to get the job done. It wasn't a joyous celebration as they advertise on TV bringing your bear to life.
Bag only lasted a month and the strap broke, bags are of poor quality
I would like to thank Warren at Spar Haasendal Gables for the awesome customer service received. Spar was out of stock with there black friday master chef pot, but managed to get stock a day late and Warren gave us a courtesy call to inform us that stock had arrived. I'm a very happy customer of Spar
Pathetic service received from Pick n Pay Riverpark Kuils River. I paid for my groceries at the till, when putting in my pin number to pay the machines automatically switched off and rebooted. I then showed the cashier the payment is reflecting on my statement, however she insisted that I pay again and that the transaction would be reversed. I checked my statement and there has been no reversal done within 24hours, I proceeded to Pick N Pay for my refund, however for 3 consecutive days there was no manager on duty to assist,staff kept turning me away. I eventually got hold of the Manager, and was told that there Accounts department is closed over weekends and I should wait for payment on Monday morning- further inconvenience of another 2 days.
I am totally disappointed in the service received or lack there of at Total Pall Mall. Incorrect fuel was administered into my vehicle 29082022, I've been through 3 managers and still no feedback.
I ordered a large pizza from the Kuilsriver debonairs, I received no sticker/special number to enter the car competition. I tried calling the store thrice to log a query, but the phone just rings with no answer and disconnects after 5 mins.
After receiving endless calls to do an early upgrade from the Cell C call centre,<br> <br> I specifically requested that the consultant assisting me to double check his information and get back to me with feedback pertaining to the EPIC 100 package. My question was : Can I convert the R100 airtime to suit my needs such as converting it into data and sms bundles. He then got back to me a day later and confirmed yes I can, I then made a decision based on my affordability and chose a suitable phone to match my needs.<br> <br> To my surprise when the new contract kicked in 2 months later, that was not the case the EPIC 100 cannot be converted into data bundles I now need to top up with additional airtime to convert to data as the data rate is higher than the data bundle rate, a call has been logged with the call centre to listen to the voice recordings- 3 weeks have now passed and no feedback has been received.<br> <br> I've been misled and advised that I cannot return the phone due to the early upgrade and would have to pay in extra should I wish to change packages.<br>
My Sony experia C is giving me endless problems, I had 2software updates done on my phone to resolve the problem but it's a short fix and the problem reoccurs a month after the update. I'm losing memorable photos,music and videos as the files start blurring and fading till it no longer can be viewed (changes to corrupt files). my phone is however just out of its 12month warranty and the Sony experia support service are extremely unhelpful, I sent numerous emails and the response I got was to reset the ph. nothing seems to help, the software updates were temporary fixes as the problem reoccured again, there is no available software updates available for my ph as my ph already has the latest software.
