Second time ordering a WHITE AIRFRYER only to receive a black one! Not sure how the packing/distribution department works. But whoever packs orders surely can check the contents of the boxes before they are shipped!

Easypay has debited my account and managed to block the transaction so my bank can’t reverse the charge. I call their noisy, unruly contact centre number and the consultant(Masego Moleba) if that’s her correct name first tells me that the transaction is not theirs! After a long back and forth she asks me to send my bank statement for them to verify the payment without giving me the full details nor reference number! I need someone to call me back regarding this!
Alrode Licencing Department The worst experience until date! There’s no use in applying for a time slot online. I was booked for 10:20 I’m still waiting in the queue for my renewal submission! Admin clerks and security guards continue bringing people in, cutting the line as if we have nothing better to do! Interventions is needed!!!

I’ve been an FNB client for more than ten years now and the experience I’ve received regarding my debit card dispute and recent debit card payment reversal request has been the worst ever! I logged a dispute query mid March as the incident happened on the 7th March, I was emailed a list of supporting docs to send which I immediately did & until date I haven’t received any feedback and to my surprise and anger I was sent the same email requesting the same supporting docs yesterday! My question is, does it mean that FNB waits until the very last day of the 30 days TAT for them to action our disputes???? Super annoyed and disappointed client!
I’m typing this review with a heavy heart as I’m a fan of TakeAlot for YEARS!!! I just need help in getting clarity on what warrants a product to be rejected for replacement when I’ve had it for less than a month and only used it once! No explanation, just an email!!! I need more answers and value for my money! I wasn’t asking for a refund but a replacement for the faulty or poorly manufactured item I was sold!

Vumatel is the WORST!!! No number to call, no accountability or follow up!!! Haven’t had internet for 72 hours now, mind you I even paid in advance thinking that my payment was due because non payment they don’t even need your address for that! Hoping someone will respond and reinstate my internet as well as recommendations are welcomed to switch over to!!!!
