A useless medical scheme, they just take your money and create excuses for payment when you are in hospital even afterbyour waiting period. Please don't use this scheme.
Terrible service, from check in desk right up until in flight service. Staff are unfriendly and rude. I will never fly qatar airways ever again. Smallest and most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced.
I purchased a brand new Samsung galaxy S21 plus from Samsung in April this year. In June the phone just produced a black screen with no impact, damage or cause. Multiple other cases have been reported on the same phone, whereby customers had the same issue. I sent it out to Samsung and they had said that there was an issue with the LCD. They had promised to repair the LCD. It took more than a month. When I called them to ask about the phone, they had said they would replace the phone because they had no LCDs in stock. So I agreed and waited. Thereafter the warehouse burnt down and I was told that they cant find references. So i spoke to girl named leshy, I sent her my documents and references and she said they are handling the matter. I then tried contacting Samsung head office in Durban. I spoke to Nelson from voice of the customer department. In my opinion Samsung are a bunch of thieves. It's been 3 months and they have done nothing about my phone. Rather support A reliable brand which can provide you better service.
I would never advise anyone to use courier guy as they are the worst courier service in South Africa. I recently sent a brand you Iphone12 to a customer. The iPhone 12 was stolen. They show no accountability for my goods and do not protect us as consumers. We don't support rubbish.
Telkom south africa are running a terrible network. They give you all the attention when trying to make a sale but display a terrible after sales service. I have only had my line opened for 1 whole week and I have already had 4 days of down time. Rather find another service provider.
Inefficient employees. I purchased 3 hp printers from game ermelo. It took them 2 hours to give me an extended warranty, after 2 hours I was told that they cannot extend the warranty. I should travel back after 1 week.
