FNB was a really good bank years ago. Which is why I switched to them. Their customer service were really above and beyond. I find myself super annoyed tonight, because I receive a notice that my credit limit has been adjusted without my consent or request. I am tired of establishments doing whatever they please. And then they expect me to sacrifice my time and airtime to try and resolve something that I never asked for. I can also not fix it on the app nor log complaint on the app. Do not do things without people's consent. I am seriously ticked off and considering changing banks.
Mtn. Incessant messages and phone calls. and I can't get hold of an agent. When I phoned the call centre I am holding on and on listening to the strangest music that sounds like it's from a low budget movie from the 80s. I tried yesterday and again today. Stop these harassing messages. Stop the phone calls asking me to upgrade when it's already been done. Also. Popi act my ass.
I am so angry. For the 3rd time. Checkers 6th Avenue walmer doesn't charge the prices marked on the shelf. I have phoned and complained about this before. But it has happened again. It is disgusting and disappointing. They charge moee than what the shelve is saying. Check your till slips before leaving the store. This use to be my favorite checkers. Twice they also did not add my bought items in my packages. 1x a chocolate and another time a note book. Both of these occasions I didn't bother to contact the store because I actually didn't feel they would care.

I am trying to get hold of the Port Elizabeth branch as the person that captured the ticket I requested messed up and made the ticket which was paid for - for the wrong date!<br> This was only noted once the passenger went to get on the bus, as we assumed the date would be captured correctly. The booking was made and paid for on Thursday 24 March for the Monday 28 March, but they captured it for the 25th of March which means the ticket was expired on the 28th of March and the error was only noted on 28 March, after phoning the PE office numerous times with no telephone answer I phoned the JHB office who said they cannot help or do a refund, this issue must be sorted with the person who made the booking and I cannot speak to a manager to assist me - once again only the person who made the booking. Disgusting service from a company that I thought was reputable - before today. I see here they do not respond, and I am not surprised, they probably get too many of these type of complaints. Honestly disgusting.
After taking the time to allocate the items I desired on a pretty large gift voucher I recieved, I came to the front of a que at Mr Price Sport / Home in Moffett on Main Shopping Centre and then was told with an \Oh Well"attitude from some guy who I assume is the supervisor of manager"
I did a full surrender of a policy, I keep following up with regards to the payout date, it seems every 2 days it is going to be paid in 2 days. The lady at the branch keeps on assisting me and phoning the head office on my behalf, which I appreciate. It is not such a big amount, but it is taking quite a long time. I would not be feeling upset now if someone did not phone me the day before yesterday to say the money would be in today. My point is now. the what if's.. I have other policies with old mutual, and the same with my husband... I worry that should something happen to me or to him or to us both, that who ever is dealing with Old Mutual will struggle to obtain what is rightfully due to them. I left Liberty to go to Old Mutual. Should I be thinking to move away from Old Mutual now? I use to be rather impressed with Old Mutual service and promptness, but with this latest struggle. I need follow up the whole time, there is no open communication like there use to be. Besides the man that told me on the 24th that my money will be in on the 26th, I phoned the branch,the lady that is helping me said the money is paid in,but then I got an sms saying the money will be in,in 2 days??
