My carpets were long overdue for a clean, and having made use of their services before, I knew that V4 Carpet Wash Services was just the business to contact. As always, I received utmost excellent service from them. They work fast yet so efficient and above expectations even. I was convinced that my carpets were going to need a follow up clean within a month, considering the state they were in, but I am happy to say that they will be fine for at least a good few months! Absolutely an excellent and affordable business's service to support!
It has been long since I experienced such a lack of decent service delivery and efficient store management. After my cash purchase, I had to contact my saleslady, Elisa, and eventually the store, on a daily basis to enquire about delivery of my goods. After speaking to the manager, Monique, who had somewhat of a bad attitude, but claimed her effort to help, whoop-whoop, delivery finally made - IN BOXES - with the promise that someone would be over the next day to assemble the furniture. Exactly another week later now, with daily phone calls to the store and messages to my saleslady, 60 000 excuses and promises each time, absences of the manager Monique and assistant manager Rentia, I am still staring at thousands of rands' worth of furniture wrapped in BOXES, despite all Elisa's efforts, even after hours, to assist best she could.
Since 3 February 2023 to date, I have been on the phone with exactly 7 consultants, including a "supervisor" by the name of Rodney, in total, wasting over 200 minutes of my airtime. None were able to resolve my problem, and Rodney, who promised to get back to me within 24 hours, at the point of supposedly having had the problem solved, was a "no show"! Seriously, we as consumers are paying all this money for zero service and account hassles of this nature!? Just totally unacceptable!!! I am a furious customer at this point in time, and will be conveying this disappointing matter to all I know who lives and breathes!!!!!!
I have cancelled Vodacom Airtime Subscription on numerous occasions, but repeatedlyly get billed for it! I demand FULL refund of all fees deducted, as I never even received the airtime in any case!! REFERENCES as per last cancellation: CN202206146613 RR202206146620 (Paulina)
Vodacom Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom's staff is clearly ill trained in customer services and relations. My repair is imminant from over a month ago. Meanwhile, I still had to carry out their job on their behalf, sorting insurance matters with #Finrite, which, thanks to Gugu, was sorted on their side. Totally unacceptable treatment of a customer of over 30 years, so I am quite disappointed, to say the least!
This butchery sells excellent Farm wors, and has come up with great initiatives for their #SupportLocal customers amidst the difficulty we're all currently facing, such as Sidewalk Collections and Free Delivery during the country's lockdown. Thank you for making it more convenient for us to buy meat Afrikaner ****huis!
So, our delivery is 20 minutes late, but the store has the decency to phone and apologise for only having one motorbike available for delivery; also, being all the grateful for the client's understanding and patience. Keep up the good work and attitude, well done!
Voucher sent by email, not recognised in check out of order. After phone call to enquire, voucher supposedly resubmitted via email, never received!
It's simple - STAY AWAY!!!
Not even Floor Manager Isaac ("son of Abraham") kept his promise to get back to me with regards to my query of almost one week's struggle of getting the desired and appropriate warranty follow up/service on my faulty Samsung appliance!
