I can't find the said Dealership, so referring to head office. I recently visited Lexus Fourways and was very keen on a second hand Lexus NX. The said vehicle was reviewed many times and eventually got myself to a test drive. We were welcomed by salesman, Neville. He discussed details and then we test drove the vehicle. Was very good, but had some issues. My wife asked Neville if there was any other vehicle and he took us to the Champaign NX. We fell in love with the vehicle. Long story short. The service and after service received from Neville and manager Jose was exceptional to say the least. These gentlemen made us feel like purchasing a brand new vehicle. I had purchased a few cars in my time and this service has topped all. The after service as well. Out of this world experience. HATS OFF NEVILLE AND JOSE WORLD CLASS SERVICE 👏
I was amazed of this companies professionalism and careful manner in the fitment of my towbar. Their attention to detail and the alignment of my towbars speaks volumes. From the start to finish was a streamless process. It was certainly a pleasure dealing with this company. I think the highlight is the price per packet. No one in the greater Johannesburg area comes close. Hats off to you and your team. I would definitely recommend this company. We'll done👌
I received a call from Cellc recently to advise that my current contract has matured and my new billing will be increased by more than a R100 going forward. I was not made aware of this change and especially regarding a financial change. The lady that I was speaking to insisted that this is how contracts work and if I was not happy I must change my service provider or speak to their customer services. I tried to advise the lady if I can speak to a manager or anybody senior. She was very rude and said that I need to speak to customer service and I need to call them and sort my problem out with them and then dropped the call. Why is an organization like this treating loyal customers in this manner. The lady was very unhelpful and rude to say the least. I need help!
I visited PEP store Constantia Kloof at the Checkers center. I needed to send a parcel to Durban via their services. When I reached the counter, I requested for the 3-5 package/ delivery. I was told that they don't have those packages on hand and advised that they have the 7-9 days packages only and was at a higher price. When I advised the teller that that is a problem on their and they should try and assist. She strongly advised that there is nothing she can do. So I requested to speak to her manager. Katlego manageress came and I advised her the same details. She was not helpful at all. She said there is nothing they can do and I must find another store. I asked if they ordered the packages and she advised they have but no time frame. Everytime I suggested something she just refused. I asked if she could not source from another store. She laughed and said no. Her service and attitude was frustrating to say the least. I asked for her details and she gave her name with no surname. When I asked for her surname, she laughed and said she doesn't need to give me her surname. Very bad attitude. I advised her that I was going to escalate this matter, she laughed louder and said go ahead Frustrated I left the store and just then remembered the PEP home store on the other side of Checkers center. I went to them and they had all the packages. I was assisted within 5 minutes and was on my way. Dudu assisted me at the home store, what a pleasant experience. WWHY IS THIS MANAGERESS GIVING THIS STOTE SUCH A BAD NAME. THE LAUGHTER WAS THE HIGHLIGHT.
I was in store and the staff assisting tried his best to allocate the product, whilst he was doing so. I went onto the online app and found the product. In a few seconds, secured the item and was given a discount. I was over the moon as the item will be delivered to my premises without any hassles and at a lower price. Awesome dealing with LM, always good prices and service is on an extremely high level.
There is always opportunity to recognize awesome service. I was admitted on the 01/04/25. Not an April fool joke. From the emergency room meeting Dr Randera. She was superb and diagnosed immediately my issue submitted to the emergency rooms. She diagnosed my breathing issues and called and made a booking with the ENT specialist Dr Variava. He managed to squeeze me into his super busy month. Admitted and went to my rooms, from the very start to my discharge this morning. Absolutely brilliant service received from all the staff. Hospital needs some fine tuning but is being addressed directly, but the staff. Shoo brilliant bunch and normally Hospital has nurses that can very difficult. Not this Hospital, all have been awesome 10/10 service. I am hoping that when this survey reaches the senior management, they recognize every single one if the staff members involved in my stay. From cleaners to management. To name them. Thato Singwayo, Amanda, Cordelia, Pretty, Tinyiko, Lucia, Thandekile, Eunice, Pamela, Ntabiseng- catering awesome food and service also from Maureen as well. Day shift- Cynthia, Londiwe, Lovato, Ntombi, Sarah, Mpumi, Anna. The stand outs were Pauline night shift, day shift- Philile, Nosipho and Ntombi. If I left out any staff member above sorry. I hope this gets the right attention is it supposed to get as brilliant service must be recognized
I have another awesome review for The Trailer Boys Little Falls. I dealt with Mitch from the onset. He explained all relevant criteria and processes. I experienced an issue with the jockey wheel, took the wheel back and with no questions asked, it was replaced. I have never experienced awesome service like this before. They are consistent with the highest level of customer service. 10 stars for Mitch and The Trailer Boys.
I have been looking for a solar solution at my new premises. Managed to secure a home visit. The agent assigned was Gabriel and I must add that he took his time explaining all possibilities and truly understood my needs. He later supp**** quotes as promised. I recommend Gabriel as he is an asset to the company, very professional.
I was shopping at Clearwater Mall and visited the Truworths store. We selected various items and moved to the cashiers to complete the purchase. We waited for more than half an hour before the next person was called to a cashier. The manager and 2 cashiers were busy with clients respectively attending to returns and cared less of the que that was now building up. The apparent reason was that they experienced some software challenges, which was understandable. When it was my turn, I called the manager to query the reason for the delay and received a very abrupt reply. I then requested for the managers name and surname and she advised her name as Portia with no surname. Upon me requesting her surname, she rudely advised that she is not allowed to give her surname. I was taken back by this manager's lack of customer service in simply supplying information requested from a customer. PLEASE CAN TRUWORTHS LOOK INTO THIS AND ADVISE IF THIS IS ACTUALLY YOUR PROTOCOL.
I recently visited KFC Bergbron Roodeport drive thru. It was 10:30pm and my order was taken, paid and drove to collections. A young gentleman by the name of George approached and greeted and then went on to say that all is in order however the wings was still being prepared and would take 10 minutes. I was advised to drive to the parking area and he would bring my order to me. To my surprise he then offered my wife and I a complimentary ice cream for our inconvenience. George had worked a long shift and had half an hour more to go, but what an exceptional character. He was quick on the draw and showed no tiredness. He was *****y, enthusiasts and a very bright man. I applaud this young man for spark he brought into our evening and not because of his freebies, but of his character. WOW WOW WOW. I had to review this young man as exceptional service has to be recognized. I hope his management has a chance of this review.
