This store at Princess Crossing is operated by ***********, rude and unprofessional employees. According to "company policy" which is at the back of the slip states if there is a problem with your dvd disc or in this instance a Xbox game, return the game within 24 hours. I've returned this game but I'm informed by Tumi and Nerina that the "Company policy has changed, last year and they only offer exchanges" I ask to see this "new policy" because this was never brought to my attention and mind you this so called new policy isn't printed at the back of the receipt. The Consumer Protection Act clearly states that such information must be disclosed. I've walked around the store, no such information is displayed except the Facebook group. Patheticly poor service and knowledge. Stay away from this store at Princess Crossing. But I must mention Mary-Ann was calm, respectful and professional not like those two.
This is beyond incompetence. Ever since the stupid update from Dstv now to Streaming. My dad's account has been blocked and I have over R300 worth of airtime calling and the issue not resolved. I have been calling over since 15 August having his account "escalated." According to your BS policy, it takes three to five working days. No one from Chat online to the call centre can help. The useless online chat from Neo, Sipho (supervisor), Gugulethu, Lerato, Modupi, Naledi, Kallin, Thabiso, and from today's wasted phone call to Unathi, Amanda, Andiswa and others whom I have forgotten. With this level of service it's no wonder that every month Multichoice is losing customers. I will never be a customer, I will keep pushing my dad to cancel this garbage too. Online is meant to be seemless but even your online chat is useless since 05 August.
I've posted this issue for the fifth time! And it's magically "closed" without much assistance. Terrible customer service and support! I cannot wait until this contract ends, I'll take my money else because this level of service is pathetic! I don't have Internet connection during Loadshedding. I used to have connectivity during Loadshedding with the use of an UPS but since the first week of December 2022 I am no longer have Internet during Loadshedding and it's become more than an inconvenience because I work from home. This needs to be resolved.
This is the one in Kroonstad Ultracity! I received good service from Judy. Knowledgeable and recommended a better meal which I enjoyed
I went to the one in The Village shopping centre. I bought Asparagus only to find out that it's expired. It was wet, mushy and stank. This is incredibly poor standard!
Scam! Run with your money. It's too good to be true! Even the IG page of Josh hot balloons. It all seems legit. The website too http://www.flyingwithmartin.com BUT it's all scams. R3000 worth. Whatsapp number 061 961 7102

I specifically wrote, the delivery must be at my address(C6MLH). But the courier guy driver delivered my two items at a completely different address. The person who received my package informed me that not only was the driver rude but told them to just sign, even though they were telling them that this is the wrong address. I'm beyond disappointed.
Whenever you are in need of assistance, Kamogelo is always close by and eager to help and answer questions you may have about a product. She has made shopping at Princess Crossing a lot easier
I rented a car, a blue Kwid at the King Shaka branch and I ended up upgrading to a Swift. In the process of upgrading I had left some of my personal items in the Kwid. After three hours of calling, finally I spoke with Johnathan"Jo" who has informed the supervisor Keegan about this. The lady who rented the car I left my items in will be returning on the 30th September. I have been calling for close to two weeks and no one answers the phone. 032 436 7805; 032 436 7800; 032 436 7815 NO ONE ANSWERS. Even if you call the roadside assistance on 080 000 1669, they too struggle getting a hold of the King Shaka branch. This is pathetic service! I understand the fault is mine, now when I've been trying to correct it and arrange for my items to be couriered back to me and you receive this level of uselessness of service. I don't care if I receive a discount from Multiply, the annoyance from this debacle wasn't worth it. I won't render services nor recommend Avis King Shaka branch.
