Horrible experience with one of the bankers at Alexandra Plaza, please explain to me why we must sit for 6 hours at the bank waiting for an authorisation, and it’s not the first time it’s always a full day even just to process a single authorisation, it’s highly unacceptable.

Spent over 40 minutes with a Senior Advisor trying to cancel my policy and I was assured that it was canceled (if calls are really recorded check around minute 42 when I was told this) but they still debited me today , on the app I have no products so what is the debit for ???
I’m incredibly disappointed, I paid extra for next day delivery and the driver claims he found nobody at home and yet I was there the whole day and nobody called me or arrived at the gate, after a few calls to Superbalist they find out that the driver canceled my delivery 30 minutes away from my address, so he didn’t even come here and now I’m being offered a refund on the extra I paid for delivery which isn’t helping me cause there’s a reason I needed the item by today. Definitely disappointed.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they told me I'd get it on the 23rd, it's now the 28th and it still hasn't been delivered, the call centre people have the nerve to tell me that they don't deal with the courier company so they can't help me, clearly I'm a joke.
Telkom admitted to wrongfully suspending my account and they promised to lift the suspension yesterday, they still haven't lifted it and worst part is that they took their debit order today while I can't connect for work, this is highly disappointing of Telkom and their call center is always busy I have been holding for 5 minutes. This is the worst service ever
I applied for a cellphone contract last week and today I got a pre-approval sms saying that an amount of 369 will be debited from my account. I however want to change the cellphone I initially applied for to something a bit lower and nobody is willing to help. I had applied for a combo deal of 2 cellphones but I no longer need 2 cellphones I just need one and I would like to cancel the initial deal and start a new one before they start it but I have been on the phone with over 7 consultants who keep transferring me from one department to the next. At this point I would like the initial contract I applied for to be cancelled altogether because the service is absolutely shocking.
I ordered and paid for a watch on 8 September 2017 Its now 21 November and I still have not received the watch. None of my mails are being answered and my in boxes on Facebook are being ignored. There is no number to phone or address to go to. I am horrified by this experience
