Ordered 3-set piece luggage set only to receive one bag and I have a trip planned for Saturday with 4-kids, according to Takealot my only option is to return the item but then what about my trip plans because I won’t receive refund straight away to get something. This is totally unacceptable especially after I waited 2weeks for the bags.
How is it that our contract agreement is to deduct the instalment on the 25th but MFC decides to do it on the 22nd November if it was December I would understand, I even took it upon myself to call them few weeks back to find out about this arrangement they send on messages but NO they’re clever with my money so they deducted whenever they feel like. Who is going to pay for the bank charges then as I am now in arrears??
I have a judgment under my name that I was not aware of and struggling to get it removed. How does Trans Union put judgement on individuals however proper channels were never followed up.
Logged a claim on the 4th of December to cancel a flight that was scheduled on the 13th of December, received confirmation letter of the claim however there’s no progress with regards to the refund. Requested documents sent and still no response and they also have a poor communication, called them and I was told someone will call me back and update me still nothing.

I bought sandals last year via a lay-bye at Woolworths Zevenwacht which I took it out End of August, in December the shoes started opening up in front then also had a protruding sharp piece underneath. Went to claim my 6months warranty at Woolworths Zevenwacht however I was turned back as the sandals are no longer in stock and I don’t have the slip,mind you when one does a lay bye you’re unable to use rewards cards but they strictly want and ID of which they can’t use to trace the purchase. This means I have a shoe that I adore dearly but will have to throw it as woolies can’t account for it,very disappointed.
Warranty return disaster, bought a walkmate shoe at N1 city in July however it opened up infront. Took it back to woolworths in Somerset for an exchanges but i was told that I have returned the shoe for a refund already, which is not true. The service I received was great however how is it that the system shows I returned an item but I didn't? I am honestly disappointed
Very disappointed that I was denied a rain check at Makro even thou they never had stock for a long time with their R100 of 24 baby soft toilet paper, i am told that i should have had my name written down earlier but no one told me that when I went earlier. The special ends today i know but that's the only time I got to go back and check however I don't understand why my name can't be on waiting or rain check be given on the last day of the special as it's not written anywhere.
I have submitted a claim for a fridge almost a month ago, the approval process was quick and I truly appreciate. However I got approved for a fridge that was and still is out of stock even now as it was referred to a provider. The fridge is not available and I am now given a voucher of R16500 of which there's no fridge same size or greater to mine of that price, who is responsible for the difference? Why am i given a price on my insured items of which my contract doesn't have an amount of each item in my house. I am 3weeks now without a fridge and it is a real struggle with lunch for my family and frustrating.
