The worst service from the driver extremely rude. He sent me rude messages and said I can report if I want to.
Rude driver. The driver was extremely rude. Telling me how I wasted his time when he didn’t even wait 3 minutes. When I told him his rude he said I can do whatever I want.
I received extremely poor service from Vodacom Customer Care today. After being a loyal client for 17 years, I’m deeply disappointed by the experience. I had called to inquire why my data didn’t last the full month as it normally does. The consultant I spoke to couldn’t provide a clear explanation — he first said it was due to Google Play, which I don’t even have on my phone. Then he claimed it was WhatsApp, saying that pictures and videos download automatically, which isn’t true as I have that setting turned off. He then suggested that I switch off all my apps to prevent data usage, which doesn’t make sense since my phone settings have been the same for years and I’ve never had this issue before. When I questioned this, he became irritated and rude. Out of frustration, I asked to be transferred to cancellations because I can’t continue paying for such poor service — and now I’m being told I’ll have to pay a cancellation fee due to Vodacom’s bad service.
On June 26th, my account with Standard Bank was unexpectedly blocked without any prior notification. After reaching out for clarification on my inability to process transactions, I was informed that ABSA had requested the restriction on my account. I comp**** with all their requests and provided the necessary documentation, but each time I followed up, I was told that my case was being escalated. Finally, on Tuesday, when I called to follow up I was informed that my account had been reactivated on Monday, yet I had received no communication regarding this change. To make matters worse, all my debit orders began to bounce, despite my account being funded, including payments for my car and house which are financed through them. This resulted in penalties for several failed transactions. Given this experience, I am seriously contemplating switching banks to refinance my home and vehicle, as it seems they do not value me as a client. To this day, I have yet to receive any form of apology or explanation for the distress this situation has caused. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.
My card has been declining since February. No explanation from them to update us of what's happening. Yet they quick to send reminder messages about topping up. WHAT'S THE POINT OF TOPPING UP A CARD THAT DOESN'T WORK.
In 2019 I applied for a Flip subsidy and got approved for R75000 but have not received the funds till this day. June 2021 they sent me an disbur*****t email and requested me to email them all my documents, I sent everything and still no response. I call their office everyday, but there is no answer most of the time. They then gave Hlengiwe's cellphone number, but she does not answer. I sent a follow up email and still no respose. This is really terrible service
My child attended school at ST Jeff College. The principal is so rude. He suspended a few kids because their hair was not cut, I then decided to take him out of the school end of July and found a new school. I had paid the school cash which was R10900. He promised to refund me, but till today I have not received the refund. When I call they tell me his not in, when I went to the school , he said payments are done end of the month, which was supposed to be end of August but still have not received the money.
I ordered a pizza at debonair maponya mall, my delivery arrived an hour and 30 minutes later. It was cold and the driver (James)'was very rude and arrogant.
I received very good service from Anathi, she managed to bring doen my premium which I am very happy about.
Vodacom debited R240.00 instead of R208 and the call center agent offered to return the R40 in airtime or rectify the statement, I said they should rectify the invoice, but that was not done. When I call to follow up , I am told it was 1 gig of data that was sent to me, I did not get that data, and as per my knowledge a gig is R150 not R40.
