What a experience the lady on the Online upgrade centre quickly assiated me with the upgrade, unfortunqtely Vodacom make use of a Pathetic courier Company named SKYNET, 3 WEEKS LATER STILL NO DELIVERY. BACK TO Vodacom, the lady give them my home modem sim card number to get hold of me!!!, how stupid can you be????
What a pathetic company, sitting for 2 weeks with my parcel without delivering!!! All kinds of excuses and even showing it was delivered! I cannot see why any company within South Africa would even make use of them. Specifically Vodacom in this case! Would I recommend them?, Absolutely not!! RATING ZERO!!

I have visited Stadium fast foods Bloemfontein and Kimberley branches numerous times, The food were good. Today I bought food at Kimberley branch, the chips were oily, like it were prepared yesterday, had to throw all away due to budle of oil, not sure if I will visit them again, wasted a lot of money straight to the bin!
What a pathetic courier company! They do not even know their own Country! Taking more than 9 days to deliver a parcel from Johannesburg to Douglas. Unfortunately the company I bought from make use of Fastway, but personally I will never ever recommend to make use of them Solid ZERO rating!
I made a payment to Grid Control Technologies to the Amount of R390.00. Then on my GCT account I saw that they deducted R109,25. On questioning GCT they responded that it was a Penalty fee app**** as I made payment into the Wrong account!!!!! Why are they *****ing Money, a Penalty fee of R109,25 on an amount of R390.00 how pathetic, rediculous!!!
I bought my Sizuki Swift in 2023, as I do travel a lot, quickly saw that my rear tyres are due for replacement took it in about 30000, Tyres replaced did alignment and off I go. At about 50000 replaced rear tyres did alignment only then they told my that the rear axle is skew, and need shims that is why my tyres are running off on the outside. Suzuki just say its my problem. I never hit a pothole or whatever thus I require the copy from the factory what the settings were, now Suzuki all quiet no response, I complained about my aircon, requested to have the pressure checked!!, but on my service sheet it stipulate check aircon, what did they check as it is still not making cold!! Pathetic to say the least! Rating would like to give a ZERO
I made online booking, serviced on time. After eye exam and tests quickly and effective assisted with a Frame and lenses. Also received Free prescribed sunglasses Excellent service, recommended, Well done to Team!!
I was assisted at the Douglas Vodacom branch by a lady, which told me their phones are Blocked they cannot make calls need to utilise my Phone for their Business call, 40 MINUTES and a few seconds later call was ended! How Pathetic can a Vodacom Business be?, to Utilise the customers Property to run his Business! A ZERO Rating would be more appropriate!!
