Bought a fridge online on 1 March, delivered on 5 March. When we switched it on the next day we noted a sound and hours later it had still not become cold. We reached out to Game on 7 March and to date, the fridge is still standing in my house. Defy came to take a look at some point. Game is not responding to me about a refund or how we going to get a new one. It has been 24 days since we purchased something and to date, do not have one. I have been emailing customerservices@game.co.za as well as info@game.co.za. THEY JUST DO NOT RESPOND! HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE!!! I NEED A FRIDGE GAME. PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I do not want to speak to Sanele.S, please can head office contact me!!!
Attention Jessica Pillay. My mom visited your Edgars store in Clearwater, spent about R2600 on clothing. When she got home, as per usual she rinsed out the items that fitted and intended on exchanging the others that did not. After rinsing it by hand (when it was hanging on the washing washing line), she realized it was torn. When she took it back she was humiliated and interrogated being told by Kwete the males department manager that she was lying and that the mens shirt was ironed and burnt - this is obviously not true. Kwete went as far as crediting R1,888 worth of clothing for a R200s worth shirt which he refused to exchange. I want this shirt refunded too WITHIN 24 HOURS or I am taking you to the CGSO.

Two international tickets have been cancelled after receiving confirmations both time. Upon enquiry, they required a Cancellation fee. Out of urgency to get it sorted we paid in both times only to find out that it been cancelled another time. We have made several calls to booking.com to no avail. Flight is set to depart in just over 24 hours. Reference number: 40465540465508254 I need an urgent response!!!
I am hosting a 75 year old guest from London who bought sneakers on Saturday, 18/2/23 from Fabiani at Fourways Mall Johannesburg. This purchase on Saturday was his third purchase in just 2 days from 3 different branches. We found ourselves at Fourways because he just loved this pair of sneakers we saw at Cresta and Clearwaters mall but did not have his size. We were then referred Fourways Mall for this shoes. After swiping his card at Fourways Mall for this sneaker, R2,299.00 was deducted from his account but because the receipt said declined, we were told due to a system error, he had to leave the store without a refund or sneakers. Since Monday, 20/2/23, we have called branch, call centre, Cape Town, Durban and Fourways on several occasions, submitted everything they asked every time we call, reached out to the CEO, Anthony on FB and Linked and even asked the Fabiani page to assist. We have confirmed with my guests London bank that this money was taken and not refunded, we even provided Fabian's Fourways Branch the ARN code and since then, I sent 5 emails and STILL no response. I am not sure how much longer this has to take but from where I stand, Fabiani has an unallocated R2,299.00 hanging on their system and refusing to give it back. Our house guest is very upset and goes home tomorrow. Can someone urgently get back to me???
Dear Standard Bank Clearwater Mall and Standard Bank South Africa!!!!! IF you telly up your deposits at your ATM's (which I would assume happens every day) and find that 1 ATM is over by a R3,620 and there is a case created less then 24 hours later of an individual who reported her deposit of R3,620 being retracted at the very same ATM.... Logic and maths would tell a grade 3 student that the ATM balance which was over at the ATM belongs to the individual who has reported that amount being retracted.... Why it is taking STD BANK over 7 days to figure that out is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Please can someone resolve Service request no: 7041020329. Something that usually should take 24 hours was promised to be resolved within 3 days, ITS BEEN A WEEK! Its ridiculous! No wonder Capitec - a financial institute that is your JNR by half the years you have been around - have taken your place in the financial sector!!!! I have called several times, visited your branch and still no help! Your incompetence in applying maths and logic is pathetic!!!!
Telkom added an additional contract to my account and extended it by a year from my original contract end date and then deleted my contract which I originally took out (which I have proof of but they can't find on their system) and all this without my permission. They then added a judgement on my name for non-payment after I cancelled the contract which I originally took out and stopped paying what I agreed to because it was cancelled. I went to the bank yesterday to apply for a bond and can't get any credit because Telkom has now removed the judgement but still have me on ITC for an amount which is overdue on my account though I paid it 2 months ago in hopes that I would be removed from ITC. This despite paying in the full amount of the arears for a contract which I did not agree to because I knew I was going to apply for a bond soon and didn't want (a wrongfully added judgement against my name) to hinder my chances of being approved. We are at wit's end and really needs help, an apology in writing, my name cleared on ITC AND A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know this is probably another failed attempt but I am at wit's end and at a point where I will try anything to get some CUSTOMER SERVICE which I pay/paid for!!! It has been over 3months now that I have been begging Telkom to cancel my contract which ended in November 2018 (contract I signed in 2016)and they extended to October 2019(I would like to know who signed this one)!? For the past 3months instead of cancelling they have been sending me welcome e-mails and messages... yes they are welcoming me as a new customer when I am cancelling imagine the frustration!!??? THE WORST PART IS, I HAVE BEEN SENT TO LAWYERS FOR NOT PAYING AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED. I A JUDGEMENT ON MY NAME WHICH MEANS I AM NOT ABLE TO GET ANY CREDIT. I must say that Telkom has been the worst experience I have had with any company in my entire life as a consumer in this country!!! If there is any one out there that is able to help me, please give me a number of a Director or GM or even CEO!!! We have been to different malls, sent numerous emails, called way too many time and TO DATE, we have not received a SINGLE response from these guys!
