I have been using Elite Car Park Services for some time in a personal capacity, believing they were a safe and secure company. On face value, they appeared to be a proper business with the right structure, paperwork, and insurance in place — which is critical when dealing with people’s cars daily. Because of this trust, I even referred some of my travel clients to them and booked on their behalf. Initially, they did show up and handled pick-ups and drop-offs as expected. However, my first encounter with their lack of professionalism happened on 11 December 2024, when one of their drivers was involved in an accident with a client’s car. I reassured my client that Elite Car Park Services was a professional company with insurance and would take care of the matter. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. They distanced themselves completely from the incident, offered no support, and never even sent an apology email. I had to personally assist my client to get home and follow up on the repair process myself. It was disappointing to see my client go through such stress without any acknowledgment or responsibility from the company. What I initially thought was an isolated incident now seems to reflect how they operate: they collect money but take no responsibility when issues arise. Book them at your own risk — just know they don’t care.
This company is doomed , no service all the know is to make peoples life difficult Sending debt collectors , I regret ever going to that place , please do not join this thing

I was not expecting this kind of service from insurance with such a good reputation since the accident was hoping that they will make my life easy but instead I am sent from 1 place to anther , I am very dissapointed , some 1 bumped my car and drove off at a parking , they are two damages on the car the insurance say they can only fix 1 or I should pay access for each 1 of them this is unacceptable

went the to change the two tyres the cost me almost R12 000, the salesman is kind a good person , the problem started when I requested a report for the tyres to submit to my insurances , waited 7 days was told they will call me , when I called was told the person that has to do the repot left and I had to wait anther day at that time the insurance gave me only 7 days to submit my insurance , try to explain this to the manager Noelin woman who did not even show any care she was rude to waddws me and after understanding that I am black she was like we dot do no tyer reports here u can only get an invoice ,insurance is your own problem , after a treatment like this ,.. will never ever go there again
<p>yesterday at petrodepo total garage was treated bad felt like a useless customer by a lady with a surname by Ntuli she was very rude to me she even give a reason not to register an etag while the other gentleman was willing to help me , was looking forward to get an etag as well but after that treatment i am so sedan and made to feel small, even took a video she had pride and did not care about customer</p>
<p>@Beds4Africa bought a bed in polokwane and in few weeks the bed was making noise and the top material was making waves ,went back to the shop was told the manager was not around had to come back and I wnt back opened a complaint was told I must talk to the manufacturer they can't help , when I call the person I was told to call the manufacturer he said he does not know the bed I was talking about when I went back to the shop , It was to let shop , moved with out a notice and I bought the bed Cash , help</p>
