I took my first car to them in 2017 which was a newish Mercedes B-Class. It was for a full valet. The car was clean so all good. I again now too my old 1999 CLK to them for the same treatment. Besides that simple things like the safety belts and sunvisors were not cleaned at all, some of the promised treatments like restored headlights were not done at all. Also some plastics in the car was damaged. It ook the car back and was given a voucher(not what I wanted) , but still when I arrived home the work was not done properly. I ended up myself taking normal household materials and cleaned the interior much better than they did. I also ended up buying a headlight restorer kit for R280 and restored my own headlights. It was a huge improvement. I could have rather saved the R1000 I paid and have done the cleaning myself! I will NEVER take my car to them again. I did not even get a call from the manager/owner after also sending them an email about this. It is affecting their business. How can you not care?
We have now requested City Of Cape Town at least twice to assist us in resolving a matter of sewage water running down our roads in our estate. Every time they just leave saying it is not their problem as it is storm water coming from Telkom's drains. It is NOT storm water as it smells like sewage and people are starting to get sick. This is now becoming a health risk. PLEASE ASSIST US!
We have on seweral occasions contacted Telkom to assist us with sewage water running from their drains, but they do nothing. This is now becoming a health risk in our estate and no-one is assisting us. @City of Cape Town is saying it is not their drains so they are not allowed to investigate. People are starting to get sick. We are now investigating our legal rights on this matter and will go public.

i have been sitting waiting at MTN Somerset Mall over 90 minutes and no one is available to help me. Staff are all going out the shop although people are waiting

I I called MTN today to confirm that all my contracts are now cancelled and prepaid. I was informed that I have two new contracts since Feb 2016 which was taked out in Gauteng……these are not mine and they have apparently been going off my bank account. I was told to phone the fraud department on ********** 867. When I called they informed me this is an incorrect number, I must call MTN again on ********** and ask for the correct number. DO YOU THINK they can find the correct number?!!!!! I called them 10 times and each time they gave me another number. ********** ——only plays music. ********** —does not exist ********** — does not exist. I am now going to call them AGAIN on ********** and ten to one will get AGAIN another number. I AM FED UP WITH MTN’s bad service!! This is FRAUD!!!! I can not cancel the debit orders, I can not cancel the contracts, how can this be legal?????? Can anyone please advise what legal steps I can take agains MTN.

We had our house renovated two years ago and spend a small fortune on top quality fittings and appliances. We decided to purchase Siemens again as it served us well in the past. This time though we bought the top of the range Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave and hob......all build in. The Diswasher broke just after 16 months due to the heat pump being faulty. Fine, some things break. We however complained about the oven from the start burning our food on the outer sides. Baking rusks, cake or a bread would result in the sides being burnt and the centre not cooked. Siemens send some people to have a look and their comment was...you must open the oven and rotate the food so that it does not burn, or lower the shelves. I am sorry, my Wirlpool oven never did this, why must I now manually move food around not to get damaged.

This is still not resolved and they say there is nothing wrong with the oven, althought we have send them images of the foods being burnt etc. Siemens is in my opinion NOT the top of the range quality as they say they are, and I will not recommend anyone to buy they products as their service is shocking.

Regards
Kobus
This is the second time I have ordered food from Whang Thai in Somerset West and this time it was off Sushi. My one friend got an allergic reaction and we had to take him to hospital to get medicine to get the swelling down. The previous time we ate inside the restaurant and the tables were sticky, the food was cold and cutlery dirty.

I will not eat or get take aways there again. Sorry.

Kobus
I bought Savana flip flops from them just over 6 months ago and they broke yet again. I have not worn them that much and the one snapped at the toes like the previous pair. The sales consultant was very clear about the 6 month return policy but said that he will follow up with the suppliers if they would refund them to refund me. At the end they could see the flipflops were not abused or worn much and he made the effort to convince them that it is safe to refund me. Thanks Due South Somerset Mall for being so understanding. Much appreciated.

Kobus
I recently sold my new Audi A3 due to poor service in Somerset West. I ended up going back to Mini as I have owned them before, are good cars and service is good. I wanted to purchase all weather carpets, called some branches in the Cape and everyone says NO we do not stock it. So I contacted Mini head office in SA via their website and till today, two months later, NO response. Besides that my mini also needs a replacement for it't speedometer (central part) and was promised weeks ago. No one bothers to call me to inform me what is going on. I have again to run after them and ask what is going on. Seems there is NO good service in SA at any Auto dealer. I ended up importing the all weather carpets myself to great expense. Speedometer...call again today to find out and they will again get back to me.

Regards
Kobus
