On the 20th of March I booked a ticket from East London to Kokstad. The bus was supposed to pick me up from the windmill by 10:15 at night on the 21st March 2022. To my surprise the bus never piched up. I stayed there until the morning because I was hoping the bus would come and besides I'm not from East London so I had no where to go. In the morning I was supposed to be at work but I missed work and I had to take a taxi from East London to Kokstad because no one informed me what was going on even when I tried to call the office it was not going through. I tried to call the customer line but no one picked up. So I need my money because I paid for the bus I didn't use. Which means my money went through the drain, I was scammed just like that by city to city. I'm so angry right now. What a day light robbery.
On the 24th of Dec bought takkies for my son now the size is too big. So when I went for an exchange they telling me that the box is not the one for the shoes so they can't help me, I should go back to King Williams Town where I bought the shoes to ask for the right box while on the slip it's the bar code for the shoes we were given at the shop. There is a slip and a box but if what happened for them to give me the wrong box I don't know. Mind you I was passing at KWT I'm not staying there. So I can't get the right size just because of the wrong box which was given by them. That means my money is lost because my son can't wear the shoes and the two stores (Lusikisiki and Matatiele) I went to for an exchange can't help me because of the box. Please managers solve this otherwise you'll lose customers
I purchased a used car from the dealership at peitermaritzburg branch on the 14 of December 2018. They first did not explain everything to me but did later on after I had signed the contract. Okay fine but they did not give me the service bookand the spare key so I made arrangements now and again to get them and the worst part is when I caller Amhed the boss telling him that I am coming to collect them he said the I should come but when I get there he said it's not available. And the car is due for service, only 200 km left now. And also it has some glitches but when I take it to vw they want a service book of which I don't have it. Today (20th) I called Simphiwe who was assisting me to get the car and he made promises but didn't come back to me also. Amhed does not even answer my calls anymore. I'm wondering why is City Motors so corrupt? Why they are having such a poor service and yet they need people to purchase cars with them?
On the 7th of February 2019 I phoned the legal wise offices seeking for the legal advice about the way I was being treated at City Motors (Peitermaritzburg branch). I told the person that I purchased a car at city motors last year December and I was not given the service book and the spare key they told me that they will send them, I do not know what was the reason and since it was already late I agreed. So now the car has some glitches and it's due for service but I can't get the service book. I have been calling to ask them to give it to me. I even sent someone to go and fetch for it but they said it's not there. They decided to ignore my calls after that. So I called legal wise to ask for their assistance as I'm a member. I was listened and the person told me that he is going to open the file for me and transfer it to the Pietermaritzburg branch and I will be contacted within 3 days. On the 11th February I received a message informing me that the file had been transferred to Pietermaritzburg and was given the details of the person handling it. On the same day I received a message from the representative asking for the copy of the contract. On the 12th I sent the contract to her and I never heard anything from her. I called on the 18th asking if she had received it and she said yes and that I should have reported the matter to the motor industry before I report to them (mind you, this person never contacted me to ask about the case, she did not confirm whether she received the contract or not. I'm the one who keeps calling because I'm desperate for her assistance). She told me that she will sent the forms to me so that I fill them and send them back to her. That was on Monday. Till today I haven't received the forms. I phoned on Tuesday (19th) to enquire about the forms but she never picked up the phone and the person at the reception told me that she will ask her to call me back but she did not. I phoned her on Wednesday (20th) but it was still the same as yesterday. I told the lady at the reception that even yesterday you said the same thing and she did not call me so she said she will tell her that it's a priority but I did not receive any call from her again. The car is due for service I needed them to assist me but it seems like no one wants to listen to me. I have been paying legalwise ever since I don't know when but for the first time I need their assistance they're not assisting me. Why should we pay them if they can't even respond to the calls of their clients?? I'm so disappointed with the service I am receiving from both these companies. I don't know where else to turn to now.
Can cell c hire people who know how to talk and solve problems with out having attitude. This lady Theodorah phoned me today concerning my complaint and she gave me hell of attitude that I did not have enough data thats why I couldn't download the applications I've been complaining about. She didn't even read the story thoroughly but she kept putting words on my mouth as if I don't know what I wrote. I'm so fed up with cell c like really. Because she even told me about Hotspot when I need to download and when I do that thing she told me about it tells me to connect with another device. Hell nooooo!, I have data I don't want to connect I want to be able to download. Even now I have 488.88mb and none of the apps are downloading. Wish I could show you the screenshot. I'm so mad because she's been acting better and makes a fool of me and I'm sure she told her employer during the interview that she has a problem solving s****s but she's got none instead a lot of attitude. I went to city motors at Pietermaritzburg to trade in my car. They told me something about the shortfall and stuff and that it can't be traded in but they can look for someone to takeover my car and continue with the installment and they told me that I don't qualify for the car I wanted because it was some kind of a downgrade so I should take the other one and like any salesman they convinced me to take the car and told me all about the advantages and disadvantages of the new and the old one and I understood. But to my surprise they told me that I will get the service book and the spare key on Monday because it was late and they will give them to the salesman who sent me there as he was not there on that day. When I entered the car oh first ofall it had registration and I asked about it and they told me that when the cars are fetched need to have it and bla bla bla. OK. It was already late I signed the paperwork and when I got in the car and started the car it says 6000km I asked them how come because we were talking about a new car and they say it's a demo of which when they showed me the car and explained everything they didn't tell me that. I drove off. Days pass by and there was no one telling me anything about the service book and spare key I told the salesman but he said nothing I only received an sms after few days from the person who was assisting me telling me that they have found someone to take over my car I should call him so that we talk. I asked him how come because they said they were going to call me to finalize paperwork for the takeover. He said I should do an affidavit and send it to him. No spare key and service book for the car I'm having now. The car had6000km but guess what it has a problem with the Tyres. As I was driving on the 22nd Dec (yesterday) the car told me that I had to check the front Tyre I went to the garage and thought maybe I had puncture but no it still says the same thing and I changed the Tyre and put on a spare wheel but still it says the same thing about the Tyre. I guess it needs an alignment I don't know and I'm asking myself how because the car is not even 10000km. I think I've been robbed it's not even a month asnd I'm not a traveller for heaven's sake. I think I don't need this car anymore and I called the guy with my car he said we should meet after Xmas and I think they should take back their car and give me back my car they are not to be trusted anymore. I'm so disappointed by this Tyre. It means I'm not safe.
I have this phone I'm in love with that I purchased from cell c and since the phone arrived it has downloaded only few apps (3apps to be exact) and I can't download other apps. Ive mentioned this to them and they gave me the settings but it didn't help anyway. I complained and the phone was taken for repairs. Mind you the phone, Ive just received it on November. So the phone came back on the 20th of this month from the repairs since it was taken from me on the 5th of this month. OK. After that no body cared to explain what were the findings since I had this problem of can't downloading other apps. It came back with the papers I don't even understand and it only says "tested and passed" if what is it that they were testing I don't know. OK I received the phone back and it did the same problem and since it's a contract phone the debit order went through on the 15th but I can't download the most important applications in the phone. The ones I need the most. I can't even open attachments on my emails because I can't even download pdf. I was hoping when they took the phone they would have called me and asked me what the problem was and so I would ask them to download for me the applications I need but no they did not. I mean I am stuck with this phone that only has whats app and Facebook and that is the least of my problems. As I mentioned before I went to the nearest branch but I only met a guy who had so much attitude and couldn't help me because I ordered the phone online. I'm worried because I am not going to pay for this phone again. I paid for it the time it was with me and the benefits it came out with but not again when I'm not happy with it. No one buys a phone just for whats app and Facebook no. Every time I download it gives me a caption that says " pdf reader can't be downloaded, try again later if the problem continues contact so and so.... What's that when I am supposed to be facing problems like space only not that the app can't be downloaded? I'm so fed up shame (sorry for the language). Can Cell c send their collection company to come and take this phone as I don't need it anymore. I have already their money anyway. Or else they should know that I won't be paying again for it as long as it still continues doing this. And I don't want a phone that will be taken for repairs now and again and comes back the same while I had no phone. So it's either you sell something you're sure it's of good quality or don't sell it anymore. I'm not going to pay R220 for 24 for whats app, Facebook and fnb app shame I'm sorry. I can do that even on those phone that I buy for 400 and they can do a better job than this one. I don't need this one anymore. I mean it
In the beginning of the year (not sure when exactly) I saw an adverti*****t for the job on indeed and I applied for that post (social worker position). Few weeks later I received an email regretting that my application was rejected. Fine by me... I even forgot that I applied at Durdoc. On Thursday (29-11-18) I received a phone call from the lady saying she's Ms Mhlongo if I'm not mistaken calling from Durdoc hospital offering me a job that I applied for because the person who was interviewed for the job didn't pitch in for the tests that they supposed to do so they saw me as the qualified candidate. I told her that I was on the way so I can't speak properly. If she could call me later so that she can explain further as I did not understand. She said I should call the HR officer Ms Lindiwe Ntseka so that she can explain to me everything and gave me the number. Fine. I did phone the number I was given to and there was no response and made a note that I will call in the morning. I did on Friday morning and the lady Ms Ntseka answered and asked why I didn't call yesterday I told her what happened and then she said she was in a meeting around that time I called and didn't see the missed call. Fine, she started to explain what happened to the candidate that was interviewed and then interview me and I answered. She than told me that I got the job. So after that she asked me when can I come to sign the contract. I told her I can't just up and go as I was at work. She told me that to make sure I take the job I have to come and sign the papers and that she understands I have to serve the notice at my current work. Ok we agreed that I will find a day to come over. So she then said to me "let's talk ke Myolwa ntombi, as you know that you did not do the interviews but we chose you anyway you have to pay R14 000. 00. R7 000.is for the unit manager so that when he signs the contract he would say you were at the interviews and the other R7 000.is for the HR management and I started to be shocked now. How come? According to my understanding a person can be interviewed through the phone and I thought that was what we were doing all along. I asked the lady isn't that a fraud because you asked me what kind of a person I was and I told you and now you tell me this wouldn't that be a contradiction of what I just told you about me? And she said "phela ntombi siyakhulumisana njenga bantu" her words. And I was so confused. I asked her that I told you how much I'm getting paid where I'm working it's not even close to what you are asking so where do you think I would get the money so she said the unit manager will not sign the contract for me if I did not pay the money especially for him then I can pay later for the HR management or even after my first salary. So when I have the money for the unit manager I should call them. I'm really confused if is this how people get jobs it is so embarrassing and disgusting because people out there are desperate looking for jobs but how can they get the jobs when they don't have even the 50 to buy something to eat at home. Where is our country going to? When will this corruption end, when will we get the jobs without doing fraud in our country?, why do we have to suffer like this for the higher positions? May the good Lord be with our country and help us not be that much desperate to even fall for these things that are happening in our country. May we stand firm for the truth and end this corruption and help those who are in need of the jobs to get it in a good and deserving manner. I am so disappointed by what happened to me.

I am having a cellphone contract with cell c network provider. I've received the phone on the 5th of Nov 2018 OK fine. But here is the problem I can't download anything from this phone. I called them asking them to help me with the settings they told me it's technical problem so they gave me a number for tech department but it was not answered, instead it cut off. I went to the nearest branch and the guy that was helping me gave me a hell of an attitude telling me that why did I took the phone contract online when I knew that there's a cell c store in kokstad hence they gave me a cheap phone because it's for those who can't afford better phones and he didn't help me anyways. So was worried that how come they sell me a phone they know very well its not good and that I can't download anything. And I use the phone for almost everything but the only thing that is on this phone is whatsapp I don't even know how I did it to be there. I can't even view important documents from my emails because I have to download pdf and every time I try to do that it gives me the message that says "pdf can't be downloaded, try again later or if the problem continues get help troubleshooting..... So Im worried how can I pay for the phone that only has whatsapp and not other apps. Today (02-12-18) I called them again and after 30 minutes of staying on the line I get someone who gave me the settings but still there's no change. So how I am supposed to use this phone that has no apps like seriously. That's my concern and I will be paying full amount whereas I can't access the things I should be accessing. It's really confusing. I thought when you give someone something you give them so that they can appreciate it but now looks like I'm stuck with this phone I can't download the stuff I really need in a phone.
