I Previously Asked you to assist me with the contact details of a different debt counselor than LAW AID AFRICA, who has not rep**** to any of my calls or emails for going on 18 months now, but they said they cant ? Really ? So now I Am supposed to go the old traditional legal route ?
Warning to all Dont do any business with this company if it still exists, as they have not rep**** to any of my calls, or whatsapps, or emails for over a year now Now Im left abandoned in the financial dark, as only they can remove me from debt counseling This means I will have to look for a lawyer to do this job they should do

SA Post office keeps ignoring my email to them enquiring about my order number 25982924, which they claim they could not deliver successfully on 17 November, but I Got NO CALL OR SMS To inform me my order is out for delivery that day Then days later I Get an sms saying I Must contact the courier, but when I Use the number given in the sms, I Only get their own call centre service, where no one ever answers my call even after 90 minutes !

FNB refuses to give my R 550 back their ATM at Cresta branch stole from me on the Sunday afternoon of 4 November Just as I deposited R 550 Cash into the ATM it shut down and rebooted after wich the money disappeared without a trace. Someone called me from FNB Cresta yesterday and said they can’t assist if I don’t have a ‘slip’ as proof, and I explained I never got any. The guy then said they will try but did not sound as if there is any chance of success, and low and behold I still don’t have the money, All I got today was another sms and email to say my account is still in Excess, even though FNB caused this. So now I’m in the process of moving over to Nedbank, But I need the R 550 back to cover the Excess FNB caused
