A very good service from zamokuhle and his staff, I went there looking for some items, I could not see the item, firstly he offered me a basket as I was walking in the shop looking for this items, I had already gotten two outfits that I didn't go there for, I had that on my hands,.. He then paged two of his staff to look for the items that I was looking for, guess what, he got the item in the stock room, had it not been by him, I would have left without the items... People that works for other Mr price stores, go to Sandton to learn customer service

Horrible service I have been trying to get fiber connected for over 2months , all I get is *********** rude agents. Stay away from this fiber. Horrible
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and product I received. I purchased a pair of shades online for R880, and they arrived in torn packaging. The shades themselves were far from new – the handles were loose, and they looked used. Upon trying them on, they were far too big. I immediately logged a ticket to request an exchange, only to be informed that I would only receive a refund for a quarter of the amount I paid. Feeling disappointed and dissatisfied, I reluctantly accepted this and attempted to move on. To make matters worse, someone from your team attempted to contact me once. I missed the call because, like most people, I have work commitments and cannot always answer my phone. Instead of trying again, the ticket was closed without any resolution. Frustrated, I gave the shades away, only to discover they were still too big for the person I gifted them to. I sent another email to express my dissatisfaction, only to receive a call from a staff member with a poor attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns, she used the opportunity to “educate” me about how to navigate your website and log a ticket. how to check the nearest branches that i would have gone to. To say I am disgusted would be an understatement. The quality of your products is unacceptable, and the customer service experience has been even worse. I expect better I hope this matter is escalated and addressed appropriately

I was told that I cannot be given my refund because they do not have the stalk of what I bought at fourways mall. What a poor service for such a big company. The so called store supervisor with a rotten attitude. I want my money back not a gift card . I have a receipt. Pick n pay is such a huge company to have not facilities to refund back to the account

I bought the R15.000 cast iron pots , I have them for 10days, I used them ones and washed them ones... the pots that a supposedly meant to last me a lifetime, are already rusting . I wrote a bad review on their Instagram page and it was deleted immediately, which that explains why wen I went through their page to look read their reviews before buying there was only good reviews, they delete bad reviews. Please make sure you DONOT buy this pots from lemogan. I want this contract canceled and I want them to come and collect this pots.
So I had a credit card fraud done on my account Now fnb is busy harassing me with their collection department demanding the money that I didnt even use, mind you the so called investigator said he will escalate the query to the management and I'm still waiting. Then this calls.
