Hi, I have been a client of RBS for many years and have had nothing but the best service from them. Unfortunately due to my claims being too high they had to let me go. I would definatly recommended them to anyone. Thanks `Guys.
<p>I went to the Vodacom shop in Rivonia.</p> <p>I ordered the iphone 7 online and up till now, no one has contacted me.</p> <p>so I went to the vodacom shop in rivonia to order on.</p> <p>I wanted it on the red advantage package.</p> <p>The lady there told me it would be +-800.</p> <p>I went in today to collect my phone as they had no stoock the previosu time, only to be told it is now R1300.</p> <p>That is double the price.</p> <p>I have been a customer with vodacom for more than 10 years now and i have 4 contracts.</p> <p>Thanks Vodacom ... I bought a second hand BMW 320d from club motors.<br> The hand brake is not working.<br> I notified Bongani about it.<br> He said he would arrange to get it fixed.<br> I also queried about my license disc.<br> This will be the second week that I am driving the car without a disc.<br> He did contact me and said my disc should be ready by Monday at 1:00pm and that he would call to confirm.<br> I did not receive any call and when I call him back today he stated that I said I would call him.<br> I said no such thing neither did I promise to come through.<br> I was expecting a call to confirm that the disc has arrived.<br> I called to say I would come today but unfortunately they cannot sort my car out today. <br> I reported this fault a week ago but I guess my car does not get preference because it is out of warranty.<br> Also while I was still talking to Bongani he hung up the phone on me.<br> Now I am not sure if this is normal but I can say that this is not my first car and I have had excellent service from other car dealers including Audi Boksburg, from which i bought a car just 6months ago.<br> <br> I always loved the BMW Brand but I must say I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the after sales service I have receive
So my modem stopped working.<br> My dad takes the modem to the Telkom direct store.<br> The lady tells him they cannot do anything without the receipt.<br> They just didn't want to help.<br> He has the contract with the date on it.<br> Now correct me if I am wrong but if you providing a service shouldn't people find ways to help the customer.<br> But I see that Telkom Alberton has the attitude of just refusing to help.<br> In my opinion I think it just laziness.<br> Somebody might fall down and die if they have to click an extra button.<br> <br> Thanks for absolutely nothing Telkom.<br> Its so sad that there are no other options in my area.
I have a personal load with Nedbank.<br> I have always paid it on time every month via debit order.<br> This month was supposed to be my last month.<br> The debit order did not go off and I got a sms to say I owe +-R4100 when in fact I owed +-R700.<br> Ref no : 2023280 <br> Also the sms said my account is in arrears.<br> How is this possible when you'll debit me every month ?<br> I called the number on the sms.<br> I spoke to 2 incompetent people who argued that because I bank with FNB they cannot see why the debit order didn't go off.<br> The first person also had the audacity to say that there was no money in my account.<br> They then wanted to transfer me to collections, which I refused as I has already wasted 20 mins of my airtime on this.<br> I asked for someone to call me back and I still have not heard from anyone.<br> <br> Why do you do this Nedbank ?<br> I have been a faithful customer for many year and have always paid on time.<br> Why are you making it so difficult to close my account ?<br> I am very disgusted and disappointed in your service and will really think twice before coming to you guys again.<br> <br>
