Incredible Connection in Table Bay Mall needs to do better. The store is empty but you still wait to get assistance and when u do get assistance it’s the worst service. Do better or give that space to HiFi Corp. Was looking for any TV but the guy was just not in the mood to assist or advice.

Momentum was recommended by a friend. I called in to get a quote and I could not believe how rude their call centre agents are! So impatient and just in a rush to get the deal signed. I'm disappointed!
The below calm email was sent days ago with no response. Im disgusted!!! Dear Restaurant Manager I came to Primi in Blouberg with my husband on the 27th September 2021 between 6pm and 7pm to celebrate his birthday. We both had the same meal which was Lamb Chops with mash potatoes. I am writing to let you know that myself and my husband became seriously ill from food poisoning following the meal. The next morning i was hospitalised for 2 days. I have been advised by my doctors that the food poisoning certainly resulted from the food which had been eaten at your restaurant. This incident needs to be investigated and necessary precautions must be taken to avoid this from happening again. I trust that you will ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers.
I have been debited twice and i have been asking for a refund of R1 600 since the 10th of August and my dispute is being rejected 3 times by the same person named Nombulelo Nzima working at Telkom. It’s annoying how Telkom is quick to debit your account but will never refund you. We have other accounts to pay for and this is not fair!
today 25 October 2019 i placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Strand Street Cape Town , the order was placed 11:50. I have waited two hours and and 30 min there is still no delivery, then I decided that I will call them and just query how far they are with my food. I called several time (7 attempts) and they keep on putting the phone down in my ear. Even the customer service agent drops me now. Pathetic!!!!!
I am disgusted at how Netstar wants to milk money out of people with no service. 2018 towards the end of the year, the tracker that was installed in my car was not working. This was during a time when my husband had just relocated from CT to Jozi. I informed Netstar of the issue and beginning of November they came to fix it. We realised that the steering wheel after the technicians worked on it was not properly put in place. And after 2 days the device stopped working again and Netstar was informed for both the steering wheel and the device. The technicians came again to fix the problem. Again within the same month the device stopped working for the 3rd time now. For years I have been a loyal customer with Netstar My husband was new in Joburg, and needed to drive a car that had a working device. I then phoned Netstar to give notice to cancel my policy and asked if they could send the technicians to fix the device again. The lady I spoke to informed me that they can not send technicians if I am cancelling the policy. This was mid month and I had already paid for the service and the device was not working. So basically i was told if i don't cancel then they can send technicians. I refused not to cancel, I cancelled and told her that I will be getting another company to put in a new device and Netstar should not expect me to pay for a device that keeps on breaking down every other 2 days. A new device was installed by another company and worked perfectly fine. I kept on receiving calls from Netstar about payment and they seemed not to know of my cancellation. I requested phone recordings and none of that has been received. And every time a different person calls me I have to tell my story from the beginning. I will not pay anything to Netstar they refused to fix the device when I was cancelling. I cancelled anyway on that same day.
My mother who is in the rural areas of King Williams Town went and purchased material worth R16 000 today. I had suggested that she goes to Builders Warehouse as i have seen on their website that you get 15% off first online purchase. Now my uneducated mother who knows nothing about online purchases goes to Builders Warehouse to enquire about the 15% discount. She is assisted by the lady on duty to create an online profile and the lady was kind enough to call me for my email address in order to create the online profile. Now she purchases material worth R16 000 and instead of being assisted further with online purchase she is told to go the bank to make the deposit. She shows the lady the voucher code of the 15% discount and is told go to the bank mama u will get the 15% when u come back. After coming back from the bank she waits from 12 till 15:30 to be told she wont get the discount anymore unless she buys again. If u assisted her to create the online purchase why not assist old ladies from rural areas to buy online so they can enjoy the 15% discount. Me being in Cape Town i have informed her to go back and get her refund tomorrow, as there is no point in dealing with these people. Head office was useless when informed as well.
