DIAL DIRECT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
Simple request to customer service and they cannot do it properly -- why must I be double debited if I change my debit date due to salary pay date change from my employer - how do they expect their clients to come up with double premium amounts if we do debit order date changes??? why?? this is ridiculous...

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEDBANK HOME LOANS
SIMPLE REQUEST TO CHANGE MY DEBIT DATE ON MY NEDBANK HOME LOAN AND WOW !! Worst service ever? Does Nedbank even do QA on their agent calls - they transferring me to other departments without notifying you - they do not listen to you while you speaking just transferring me around and not handling my simple request to change my debit date - why should a big bank like this struggle with such a simple request..?

Broklink 's NON CUSTOMER CENTRIC EXPERIENCE
Lindiwe Kambule? Spoke to her Friday the 22nd of November 14:55pm call cut obvious network issues, I called back and was told she is busy and she'll call me back? After I confirmed my ID and contact details obtained her email and emailed her , since then no response from her or a call back? Or email acknowledging my call or request, I am a paying customer for years and this is the treatment they give paying clients, please understand I am merely interested in getting assistance not sure what to do, calling emailing is not working? Now more stress after our incident 12 November now Brolink is not assisting me it's 9:41am no reply no call service is well below par , please guys understand a simple call or communication is essential for customer support?

Evotel WORST ISP EVER NO RESPONSE
Worst ISP ever - I want a refund for all the downtime, we paying and paying, but 50% of the time we offline?? I am resorting to seek legal assistance to get my money back?? Nedbank Worst Customer service
what a frustrating time with Nedbank,, they offer me exorbitant buildings insurance which I then cancel with them after their requirements sent to me, they confirm via text that their insurance is canceled but still their charge goes off my account going against they communication and promise of not charging the insurance, after numerous calls and transfers via their call center stiil no luck, I proceeded to fourways branch they still connect me to an agent that advised me that his manager or will call me back it's been 48hrs and no email no call, I should just accept their non customer centric behavior, they took money from my account now they won't refund me, so I paid double insurance fees, and I will now seek help from the banking Ombudsman

Bergen's Appliance Repairs & Spares
Absolutely ridiculous service, dishwasher got fried by lightning, machine with them for a whole week with no follow up calls I had to continuously query, all we needed from them was a damage report but apparently because of a supplier?? they cannot give a damage report that's clearly has visible damage from a lightning strike, What a complete waste of time, I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS CLEARLY THIS BUSINESS SHOULD CLOSE AS THEY HAVE QUITE A BIT OF ANGRY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!!

Bad Customer Service
bogus call center, no managers available when requested, I have been paying this policy for years and I now wish to remove or edit the policy, its tedious and not customer focused, agent should be trained to respect clients on the phone and not interrupt them when speaking, really bad experience I now wonder how will my family struggle to claim???
