This is my 3nd time writing a review on Webafrica. I am now in debt with Webafrica with R1599 although they terminated my fiber, lucky for me I don't have funds in my account because I'm a pensioner, they terminated my account on the 1st October 2025 and they do an advance payment system, I do not owe them a single c we cent, yet from the termination date the 1st of October 2025 they still debiting my account. Webafrica is a very bad ISP company please stay away from this ISP company.
Webafrica terminated my fiber account on a Wednesday, 1 October 2025, Vumatel send me a WhatsApp to inform me on the 1st of October 2025 that Webafrica terminated my contract and asked me if I would like to join another ISP provider and I agreed to a new service provider, the big problem is Webafrica is still debiting my account since they terminated my account on the 1st October 2025. Webafrica in the whole have no clue what they doing, from the IT department to their client services. They need to stop debiting my account. You are unable to speak to anyone by phone, WhatsApp chat is all that you can do and they can't solve your problem
I, Rasheda Walburgh ordered an air brush from Hiyaat via Pinterest, order number #1793 for R490 and it was ordered on the 3rd of April 2025, this company is situated in Kwazulu Natal, I have send them numerous emails regarding my order which was suppose to be delivered within 15 day and this company is in South Africa. There is no contact details, the only information you get from them is an email address help@yiyaat.com. This company is a *****, I'm so angry because I forgot to check reviews regarding this company. This is very sad because I'm a pensioner. I hope someone out there can assist or get hold of this company and make them pay.
Temu, their adverts are all over, while playing games, while reading online news, there quality is very inferior the pictures on their app is very smart, we ordered twice from Temu the bag is not even sintetic leather it's plastic, their morning slippers have sponge at the bottom when you walk in water it's soaks up the water and leaves your feet soaking wet, their underwear all the stitches comes out while wearing them it will last for only 3 months then you have to dump it, please be careful if you get sucked in you are going to be the loser and Temu will get richer.
There is a company called Picasso they install log cabins and pallet cabins. This company advertise via Junk mail. Please help getting hold of this company. The Mozambiqan Steven is using his number on WhatsApp to deal with clients, he has a partner which is from Zimbabwe. They ****med an old lady by building a pine wood cabin half way when she gave Steven 70% of the money. Now Steven doesn't answer his calls nor does he respond on WhatsApp. His WhatsApp number is 081 3238835, he uses an account with the name of L Maluleka at the FNB bank This company are ****ming people. They take 70% of the money and build a wood cabin halfway.
I'm very happy with my clothing rail. Only only thing you need work on is to get the delivery service to call before hand before they arrive, this is to make arrangements for someone to receive the order.
Since I Vernon Walburgh cell number 0824995911 signed a contract with WebAfrica in July 2023 I've been more without internet then on. In August 2023 I had no internet for 3 weeks. I'm now without internet since 2 October 2023 not 1 of their consultants can assist since the 3rd October whenever you text them on WhatsApp you have to continuesly take photos of your router and the Vuma main router. But they can't resolve the problem knowing it's a Vuma fault. Can WebAfrica not sort this problem out with Vuma. This is very annoying and unacceptable for paying clients to go through this. Why doesn't WebAfrica close their company then we can all go to other ISP companies. The biggest problem in the Westrand is everyone have to fall under Vuma. Vuma is the worst fiber company you can find. All their technicians are ***********.
Makro Online 0860600999 Good day I am Mr Vernon Walburgh, I ordered a gas stove from Makro online on the 15th of October 2022, the next day the 16th I canceled my order due to space in my apartment. My reference number is 2714283 for the cancelation. My order number for the gas stove was MAK3951358. On the 25th of October I received an SMS letting me know that the gas stove was delivered. This gas stove was never delivered at my complex our security did not sign for any goods from a supplier. We then phoned and asked them to rectify the problem and to investigate the delivery issue because they debited my Makro account with R4799. We have been phoning Makro online for over 2 weeks for an answer to the investigation and whether my account will be credited. I spoke to 6 different client services agents all they can say is we will call you back. Makro online is a very bad online company to deal with. I am still waiting for my Makro account to be credited. This gas stove was stolen and they want me to pay for it. I am very angry and sad to see online companies are trying to steal from you
I'm Mrs Walburgh I would like to give MiWay a thumbs up for their swift response after waiting for a whole week for assistance on our structural claim. Marc Maleking the claims adviser who took it upon himself to assist us after a week of waiting for our claim to be attended to. We'll done we've never been this satisfied with an insurance company. We've changed insurance companies 3 times in the last 2 years, for not being satisfied with insurance companies. I can once again believe in short term insurance. MiWay your advertising on TV is what you describe you are.
This is my second time since September I'm sending a review about Vodacom. Since September Vodacom did not bother to be in contact with my husband regarding a contract which was supposed to to be cancelled in December 2020 instead they renewed this contract. I'm paying for a contract i cancelled. This contract is active and i don't have a sim card because i destroyed the sim card in December. I've been phoning since June to rectify this problem. Not one of Vodacom officers tried to contact us since June. I've send through a review on Hello peter in September they sen a reply stating someone will be in contact with us shortly it just never happened. We are struggling with Vodacom to refund us. It's almost a year and they still debiting our account
