I bought a necklace from Capeglow with my late sons name on it for my wife for Christmas. It took forever to get here, when I asked if it was coming from China, I was told it comes from Capetown. It was advertised as stainless steel, but now less than 2 weeks later the coating has come off and it's brass or copper or something. I paid over R780.00 for a piece of *******, and now they don't reply to my email.
A while ago I asked help from hot cares for my brother who is over 60years of age. He is an air con technician, but cannt find a job due to cataracts in his one eye causing blindness. I was told that he did not qualify for help. The very next day R40000 was donated to a person with rabbits to spay and neuter the rabbits. I am still trying to come to grips with where the priorities are, helping a man going blind or a bunch of rabbits being sterilized
I have been with OUTsurance for many years and have never been disappointed. The service and agents have all been champions. My recent experience was exactly as what OUTsurance promises.
I bought a fully loaded chicken salad and what I got was a tub 3/4 full of lettuce leaves, 2 ****tail tomatoes, 4 small pieces of cucumber, 4 small pieces of red onion, 8 small pieces of chicken and a salad dressing. The only thing fully loaded was a tub full of lettuce leaves.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing, busy at times, but the food is amazing and well priced. Great parking.
I am getting **** sms messages about an amount of R12800.00 purchase from Takealot. A reference number TXN99621 is given with a message if this is not you call 0110836692. I know it's a **** so I try calling Takealot customer care to report it, and try and stop it the recorded message say 1,2 and 3 are for returns etc., for any other please press 4. I do this, get 2 bits of music and then dead silence, I have called 3 times with the same result
I booked a flight from East London to Johannesburg booking number VOV334 and forgot to ask for a wheelchair for my sister in law who had a knee replacement. I discovered my error when she arrived at the airport in East London and immediately tried to rectify it by calling Saffair I got the run around with the recorded messages, and eventually got an operator after almost an hour I got absolutely no help from her, and at timeshad to ask if she was still on the line, I could hear voices in the back ground, and eventually she hung up.. I always book with Saffair, but I am very disappointed in the way I was handled
I sent a pallet jack for repairs, and what a surprise when it was delivered. Looks like and works like it just came off the assembly line. The price was just as good as the job.
On Thursday 23rd March I bought chicken and beef sausage rolls. We left and ate in the car, it was the worse I have tasted, it was greasy and a total mess. I was to far away to return to complain
After a bad experience with VRS at Ngwenya lodge, the manager Diederik, came through for us. Well done Ngwenya lodge.
