A company made a deduction from my account by mistake, afterI emailed them thwy refunded me immediatly on the 29th September, after 14 days that money is not back into my account. It shows on my balance but I can not use it. After spendjng the wiole Satursay whatdapping Capitec agents to assist me, no luck, I have send them the email whre the company said they refunded my money etc, after speaking to four agents, yes four agents still mo money, my money is back in my account, none of rhe agents even bothered to ask my account njmber to see what is going on on my account, it is ny money, I need if, and Capotec is not relasing it after two weeks!! It shows on my balance but not on my available balance and nonone could help me resolve this My account number 1334571293 Miss Laurika Stander
I am really dissapointed, are the worst!!! I stopped my debit order!! I will NEVER use them ever ever again, after so many years paying, but the laptops keyboard just stop working, then the screen just died, I kept on paying fof a year after I reported it, nothing was done,now they qouting me almost R2000 fof repairs,!!! Please NEVER these people, they are tbe worst!!
I have being paying almost more then two years for a laptop I got from Teljoy, the laptop went dead almost a year and a half ago, just died, took it to a compouter guy and he said nothing can be done, found out from a friend the same happened to hers, after contacting Teljoy I got no response to help me or fix the problem, I am still paying for a laptop that does not work!!! Horrblie service, I am sropping paying for something that is not working!!!
I just wat to give a five star review to.the staff of The Crazy store in Kleinmond, they opened 10mimutes earlier for me yesterday because I urgenltly needed something for a friends birthday, their staff is ALWAYS friendly and it is always a pleasure to shop there. Very bad servife. I have a streaming family packsge, after my account is fully paid I still can not watch. Try to contact them, robots talking to you, after getting hold of an agent, she only answered me with okay, what a horrinle service from Sthembiso Shozi, just answerimg with OKAY. and I can still mot watvh DSTV. Really really bad serhice. My dstv streaming account number is 142780527. J know they do not need my merely R500 I paid last night, but for me it is a lot of money
Worst service ever!!! I.will NEVER EVER EVER use their delivery service again!! Still after delivering my parcel a week late overchagng me, they promised to give my money back and still after 10 days of promising my money back still have not recieve any money !!!!

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been on the phone for almost a week with them to have my parcel delivered, while I try to work as well!!!!!! Yesterday morning they told me it will be delivered today!!!!! After me phoning them they told met delivery will not be today!! I have been waiting the whole day!! I will never ever recommend DSV to anyone!!!!!!!!
I booked a urgent parcel for a client, The courier send it to the wrong place, no one informed me, I had to hunt my parcel down, and I was promised by the manager at their Port Alfred hub that I will get it on Saturday, nothing arrived, it was urgrnt meducation for a client that has MS!!!! I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN THEM!!! I AND MY BUSSINESS WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! NEVER!!!!
Worst service ever!!! My sister send me money from the UK 2 weeks ago, and I still havent recieved it! Never never never will I use them again for this service!!! It is R1800, they already took of some money and I havent even recieved it yet! I will propably change banks after this! Horrible service
