Biltong covered in green mould, very dissapointed with the product
I am absolutely appalled at the pathetic service from the agents at DSTV, whenever I call the customer care line there is also no assistance, nobody even gets back to me from all my emails sent. I had requested that a manger contact me on 2 occasions and still no assistance. It’s this the service levels that you guys offer? I was asked on 3 different occasions to pay in monies and once payment was made there is no feedback. Can I perhaps get a refund and I would rather use the services of another service provider.
This week I purchased a 500g of simply chicken viennas with cheese from the pick n pay at Cornubia Mall, Mount Edgecombe. After eating the viennas my family and I fell very Sick. My husband had to be rushed to hospital for food poisoning.
On Sunday evening the 23 January . I purchased take away pizzas from Debonairs pizza at the gateway shopping centre in Umhlanga. When I got home I noticed that The pizzas barely had any cheese on it and almost every slice was bubbled and hard. It was too late to take the pizzas back as they had already closed. I have pictures that I had taken of the food This is really disappointing
The service and treatment that Medical Doctor,Dr Raman received was totally and utterly poor and unacceptable. The staff member named Mtobisi was terribly rude and arrogant. This is not the first time that we have received poor service at the hotel restaurant, please can this issue be addressed .this can constitute a racial issue at your hotel . Beverly Hills is known to be a 5 star establishment where colour and creed should not be a problem , but sadly it’s evident that this is becoming a problem and the service received is unacceptable. Hi I Had collected my iPhone 7 from the MTN Store at Gateway Mall around the 13t or 14th of January 2020 and within a few days the phone started to switch off and refuse to come back on so on the 27th January I took the phone into the store- MTN Gateway Mall. and they booked it in. to date nobody had given me any feedback as to what is happening. firstly the service is terrible, I had called their contact numbers on numerous occasions for some feedback , nobody ever answers the phones , I been to the store today to get some feedback and I was given the call centre number , that I should call for assistance. my first premium did not go off as yet. CAN I CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AS I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE LEVELS. I an not sitting with a sim card that has minutes and data that's of no use to me because I do not have a phone to use currently
I was really saddened by the poor service received mainly by the staff at the reception, we had to practically beg to be helped at the Protea Hotel- Karridene in Amanzimtoti. there were only 2 staff that were helpful.
I am very disappointed at the fact that I missed my sister's wedding because of this woman , I had booked months ago for doing my make up a time of 8 am on the 10 January 2016, I booked early because the wedding was at 10 am. the owner comes in only at 9am and does not even apologize for making me wait outside the shop for an hour, they then delay having their own conversation whilst all the clients are waiting. the makeup was terribly done, if she had a late night it is totally not our business, if that is the case then she must tell clients in advance. I have waited a long time for my sister's wedding and because of this woman I had to miss the wedding. I will never go back to this pathetic service again.i want my money refunded. people like this should not be in business, we pay a lot of money ,so this owner needs to realize that she is not doing this for free.
