I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have been receiving. My doctor submitted a prescription on 31 March 2026; however, to date, I have not received my medication. I am now left without medication and uncertain how to manage my chronic conditions, including hypertension. This is not an isolated incident. Each time I renew a prescription, I am required to make multiple follow-ups before my medication is processed and delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of service, as it reflects a lack of urgency and seriousness in addressing customers’ healthcare needs. As paying members, we expect a reliable and efficient service, which is currently not being delivered. Kindly treat this matter with urgency and provide immediate feedback on the status of my medication, as well as steps being taken to prevent a recurrence of this issue.
