I had a pleasant experience of interacting with Madeleine from Vodacom Richardsbay Boardwalk. After being traumatized by MTN. I see the business strategy for Vodacom is more customer focused than MTN who are trying to ripp the customer off. MTN free router to use is taken back a month early so you are paying for no service at double the cost for the last month this is how they rip the customer. I have experienced MTN ********* values which are projected from manger to employee level. Employees mimic managers values so you can not blame employees. MTN free route is more of a grudge, while Vodacoms Route is really free and belongs to the customer and is focused on best value for the customer. When you try to rip your customers off you will pay though other forms of justice like the $5.2 bill and $53 mill tax MTN has to pay back for fines.
Hi My lte contract comes to an end after a 12-month period. ca14560911 I was told that the router h155-382 ftu must be handed in , which is not a problem as this was discussed at sale and salesperson mentioned handing it back at the end of contract and Not before the end of 20 days. There's no breach of contract. MTN is trying to threaten and ransom me to extent this contract. The staff told me I had to pay for twenty days of usage without being able to access the network as the sim card cant not be used on any other router, which is unfair. This is not noted on my contract. I have been on Telkom and Vodacom, cellC contracts and none of these networks try and swindle a 20 day payment without a service. MTN is noted in engaging in underhanded manipulative behavior like the 2015 penalty of $5.2 billion and recent fine: In October 2023, MTN Nigeria was ordered by the Nigerian Tax Appeal Tribunal to pay a separate fine of $72.6 million for unpaid taxes and penalties related to value-added tax (VAT), additional penalties, and interest from 2007 to 2017.
Even animals will not be able to eat this food. There were flies in the two chicken containers with fly eggs. We suspected this was old food as it was cold. The mince is so bad it looked like dog food, and the taste was not good could not eat any of the food. The sweet rice was not cooked and was hard. Could off been old rice. The place is in a dump and not the food tastes just as bad. We used to spend a lot of money here in the past. when the food was good. Sad to see it go so bad so fast.

Hi When your guy Ashly from JHB south was selling the car he was in contact all the time . Now that he has made a nice fat commission and got all the money for the car he is cutting the call and refuses to speak to us. I also want to lay a complaint against him as we had to force him to start up the car and did not want to give the spare keys that came with the car. He has excuses for everything including the COR that’s advertised for the car. I have never had an issue with Take alot before but service has gone wrong and I am disgusted with the games they are playing not to deliver the package as stipulated on the order date saying attemped to deliver. They are calling numbers that are not even in my profile. The most disgusting thisng about take a lot is there is not customer care line you can not call anyone for help. The only thing I found was face book messenger and they are all lost. I would of never made a purchase from takealot knowing how disgusting they have become . This is one site that I will stay away from. They also have the option not to post reviews from customers so the whole wed site is misleading. as I have posted a review witch was deleted
Medicross forced me to pay R2450 cash before going in for my procedure or they would not do it. Pretended that it is a copayment that I will have to claim from Medical aid. Then Medicross claimed R5327 from my Discovery medical aid for same copayment . On the 15th Feb 2023. I had to use my credit card which charges 20% interest on this money paid and now My medical aid cannot pay me the money I had to pay Medicross as they have paid them the funds. Thy cannot be that greedy stealing money from patients. Not everyone is walking around with cash as well. case number 1015187599
Matrix is committing fraud. They sold me a product for R59 and now are charging me R99. This is not the contract i signed up for as I could off got a proper tracker unit installed for this much and not gone with Matrix. Lying looks like a trend with Matrix. Asked for the contract recording and they could not help. There's no assistance from any of the departments especially customer care. Also have been told they are not allowed. to contact their supervisors or managers. Matrix is just a rip off. Case number 12864547, 12864568, 12887714. They will not call back. Always have excuses and to get hold of them is an issue. All I can do is place a stop order for the wrong amount being charged to me. This is the first time that I have experienced customer care to this poor level.
