I bought 2 c***** plain style feta cheese. The big container. The cheese is really terrible. I always buy it and its solid and nice. Now the last 2 container the cheese is very very soft and mushy and tastes like its going off. Like its been standing very very long. It's aweful. And feta is not cheap and shop won't take it back as I can't find the receipt
I ordered online the 6th July on pnp asap. I was over charged on donuts. R329.70 TO be exact. They did a refund and 3 weeks later I still dont have my refund. I email them, phone in and no one gets back to me. Everytime its a different story They say refund was done. Then im told it was not processed. Then.im told They canceled the order it will automatically refund me. I'm still waiting I phoned in now and the lady is so rude then she puts me on hold for 20 min. I hung up. I'm using more airtime than refund at this point. Totally disgusted that they take ur money and keep it. Poor poor service all round
I ordered 2 pizzas on uber eats. A margarita and the 3 cheese flat bread. There was no cheese on these pizzas. Margarita was like eating a stale base with tomato sauce on and the 3 cheese, are U kidding me, I would expect 3 cheeses. I saw some feta but where the hell does the other cheese disappear to. Does Ur cheese just melt away to a oil. Mozzarella is a stringy cheese, yours does not even reflect on the pizza. Awful. I wasted my hard earned money for this ****. And Uber eats does nothing about it. Except say I must rate you guys. Wow
Good day. I am so livid and upset. I ordered today on PnP asap, order number #5403680. Everything was out of stock. So I was told to choose other items, which I didn't want to. After a while I get a refund of R94 but I pay R129. Then I get a message the driver is on his way. To deliver what??? Nothing was in stock..... Then another message driver arrived, order delivered. Uh no I was home, no one delivered anything, as nothing was in stock.... So why did u keep my R35 delivery fee, if all items are out of stock.... I want my full refund. This is a scam. And I can't get thru when I phone. I don't get reply on email. First and last time il ever support this scam. Please sort out asap .....
I have been a long standing customer of Vodacom. My contract was due for an upgrade. I asked a few times, different people would I need to pay for both contract until my contract ends, end of July. I was told no. It's on recording aswell and I would only have to pay the handset till end July. Now I'm told I'm in arrears and I must pay my old installment aswell. What bull is this. U guys lie to trap people into paying more.... Now I'm stuck with the worst provider for the next 3 years. Shame on u guys
This company has lost my takeout order to the value of R885 and its a week later and still they have not found it. They don't give feedback and when promised they will phone back, they never do. So I'm running up a telephone bill as I have to keep phoning back to find out and then still I don't get answers. And takealot keep saying they waiting for feedback and never ever get feedback from courierit and never get back to me either.... Poor poor service. Don't think il ever see my order....
Tell me what protocol is in place at your gyms with regard to how full the classes are and covid.... The classes are now super full and you have people standing real close to you breathing all over you.... Are they vaccinated. Is this allowed as covid is not gone.... And management is impossible to approach or talk to and those that work at the gym know nothing. And head office never comes back to a person.....
I had a gold fusion account with great benefits. Fnb decided without asking to change all fnb Gold accounts to Aspire accounts. Meaning I lose all those benefits including the amount of ebucks I use to accumulate. Only option is to upgrade to a premier account. I've asked loads of times on secure chat how to do this. With different answers. Online doesn't work. I get told someone will phone. Finally I get the phone call after 2 weeks to be told I must go into the bank. I work 7 days a week I don't get time to take off to go to the bank. Not very customer friendly and I'm left with a an account I don't want. Leaving the only option to close accounts and move to a bank that means something. Only reason I stayed with fnb was for the ebucks. Now that this is non existant and no one can help me, why would I stay. Poor show fnb....
I have been a loyal customer of fnb for many years. Fnb has now down graded my account from gold fusion account to a Aspire account without my consent. Most of my benefits are done away with. My ebucks are non existant. I was earning close to 4000 ebucks a month, now I only earn about 164 ebucks. I've gone from earning R8/litre back in ebucks from engen to 0.60c/litre... And I get told it's a upgrade, lots more benefits. That's rubbish. People are being forced to upgrade to a different more expensive account just to get the benefits they use to get.... Clever strategy from fnb.....
I bought my Hyundai brand new from your branch in brackenfell the beginning of last year. So far I've been happy with the service when I take my car in to be serviced but now my battery is giving a problem it has for a while now but every so often it won't start so that's why I have not brought it in sooner because it then works fine for a few months and all of a sudden it doesn't wanna start again. So I phoned brackenfell and I asked them is it covered they said there's a two year warranty on the battery the car isn't even two years old so I said okay fine I'll book it in car went in yesterday waited the whole day only to find out that it's two years or 40000 km. Why didn't she mention that.... My car has done 40400km. So now because of 400km you guys don't want to cover it. I'm very upset and sorry I chose Hyundai and have changed my mind to trade in for another Hyundai because of your service. I have been with other car brands and have never had this experience before. I feel it's unfair to not help me because of 400 km I have logged a complaint at brackenfell they have not phoned me back yet. I thought I'd just let you know that you got one very unhappy customer and I feel I don't want to do any more business with you guys. Thank you very much Mrs Bartlett
