Yet another disappointing review to VW... I am so tired of writing to you guys and no one ever responds... My car was bought brand new and is till giving me problems... I honestly don't know what to say anymore... Step up your game VW, I expect from from you... Geeez...
Hello LG. This is the second time now that I want to lay a complaint regarding the microwave that I bought a couple of months ago. It is still giving me problems, it can't even keep the time. What is the use of the function if it doesn't work. The other day it didn't even want to turn on. What to do what to do... 🤔
Good day. I want to lodge a complaint. I owned a LG microwave, the biggest one, for many many years without any problems. It eventually broke, due to age, which I can totally understand. My problem now is this... I bought a new one which is also very nice but started giving me problems a few months in, since I bought it. I took it back to Hirches where I bought it, they booked it in for a check up and phoned me 4 days later and told me to come and pick it up. When I got here they said that nothing is wrong with the microwave. Up untill today it still switches on by itself, the time is constantly 6 min ahead and it sets the defrost function on by itself. How is this even possible? But "apparently" there's nothing wrong with it. Answers please LG...
Hello all. I want to once again complain about my VW Tiago. One of my friends bought a brand new Honda BRV. What a nice and smooth ride. No wind noise or any rattles in the car, wish I could say the same about my car that cost R200 000 more than the Honda. Also just a small reminder, it's the second Tiago that I had to buy because my first one had so many problems that I had to take it to the vw garage 12 times. It's sad because I have always driven ONLY VW cars. I have lost all faith in VW and I am now considering buying a Honda. What happened VW?
Good day to all. I would like to, once again, say a huge thank you to the Vape King team at head office and at the Atterbury Boulevard store. When dealing with Vape King, nothing is ever a problem. They are friendly, fast and VERY efficient!!! Thank you Jaco and Alex at the Atterbury store for all your help. I live in Cape Town and it is so hard to acquire the juice that I vape. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Total Sports in the Somerset West mall for their excellent customer service. One employee in particular is a golden star!!! Her name is Alecia-Cloe. She went above and beyond to assist me. I was in the market for a new smart watch, the Huawei GT 4. I specifically wanted the one with the green strap. Alecia stepped in, organized, made phone calls and the next day she had the watch, ready for me to come and buy. She followed up and kept me in the loop the whole time! Her customer service is exceptional and I believe that she deserves the recognition! If I had a say in it I would have given her a big fat raise. Any company can be lucky to have a employee like her. Can who ever reads this please acknowledge her for the great and awesome person that she is!!! Well done Alecia, you are a super ⭐.
Good day all. So I would like to share my experience with you when I went to the Intercare at the Waterstone village in Somerset West. Where to begin. I had an appointment with one of the doctors working there. I was greeted by very friendly reception staff that really helped me quickly and efficiently. No complaint there. So I waited to see the doctor and was called by him after waiting for about 20min, no issue there. It just went downhill from there. The doctor was so full of himself, like a little brat that didn't get his way. He was hardly listening to what I had to say and was not really interested in how he can help me. He basically imp**** that I was, or am, addicted to one cronic medication that I drink everyday and have been taking for the past 8 years. I myself work in the medical profession so I know how this works. I felt terrible, humiliated and attacked when I left his rooms. I will most definitely NEVER EVER recommend ANYBODY to go to Intercare in Waterstone village to consult with a doctor there, what if that poor person ends up at this doctors rooms. It's no way to treat a patient, and I know, I've been in the medical profession for 22 years now... Doctors think they can talk and do to you whatever they want... Pfff... I am not at all impressed, nor am is stupid or a fool!!!
